This really IS an easy recipe! Can't wait to try it, all I need to go get is the soya chunks. I will add smoked paprika, fennel seeds, and liquid smoke as well. YUM!
Absolutely brilliant. I've made lots of Seitan sausages but never sausages with TVP. I made these sausages and they were so quick and easy to make. Thankyou for sharing this recipe. Tasty too 😋
Amazing! Wanted to make veggie hot dogs for dinner, but didn’t have any sausages in the freezer. Was disheartened to see lots of recipes called for cling film (which I haven’t brought or needed in around 8 years!) so was super happy to find this recipe… I happen to have all the ingredients for these in my cupboards too, which is a massive bonus! Can’t wait to try them out - thanks for sharing 👏 hopefully they’re a winner, because I’ll batch prep them for the freezer if so 🤞
Amazing!! We hope you enjoy them. They’re a favourite in our household and they never fail to impress our friends when we make them. Cling film is not something we have in our cupboards either, that’s partly why we made this recipe to share with those who just want it fairly simple. We’re so happy that you’ve found our page. Many thanks for your kind words🙏❤️🌱😊😋
Great! It’s true, they’re super easy and don’t take that long. What’s more, is that they can be frozen and cooked from frozen in the oven!🙏😋⭐️😋❤️😋✨😋💚😋🤜💥🤛
These look great and very timely too! We're currently experiencing supply chain issues and can't get our usual sausages, so thanks for creating these. Best wishes from Down Under :)
Thank you so very much! These sausages are amazing. I am always worried about the final consistency when cooking "vegan meat", because all those foods tend to be like paste inside. But not this one! The texture is very good, very satisfying and the taste is rich. Also, this recipe is open to many variations by the chanjge of seasoning. Very good, easy, cheap in comparison to sausages from the shop and quick. Easy win in the kitchen :)
Wonderful! Ty for letting us know that they’re a hit and yes, they’re super customisable!😀 We make them often and in larger batches, which can be frozen and the popped in the oven straight from the freezer. Great way to save time and still eat something homemade🙏💚❤️😋⭐️

Most likely we'll try wheat flour tonight. Whoever wants to switch TVP, try wheat gluten flour or textured pea or other proteins.
Wow! Devo ancora cuocerle.

I also tried cooking them in my anko 5.3 litre air frier set at 180'c for 15 mins, this sausage receipe is a come back to cook again and again, my hubby and I say it a winner 🙏🙏👍👍🎖🏆to us, good for Brekky, Lunch, Dinner or just a snack. THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING.
Ty for sharing friend, we can honestly say that they are delicious, it’s a recipe that’s stood the test of time in our house and one that can be adapted to suite all types of dietary needs. Have a great day and happy cooking Paul!❤️💚🙏🥰🌱😋

Hey guys, your new recipes look great! Is the tomato sauce ketchup? And gluten free rolled oats are just as versatile as regular rolled oats and I assume they sell them everywhere these days. Gonna have a go at these babies xxx
Hello Nik! Thank you for checking out our new stuff🙏. The (homemade)tomato sauce in the sausage recipe is NOT ketchup, but the sauce on top of the sausages at the start/end of the video is ketchup! The same tomato sauce in the no-meatball recipe is homemade tomate frito (slow cooked in a large casserole with a small amount of oil). We have two professional organic tomato growers in the family, each with about two hectares of tomato plants!! The time came to change to another variety of tomatoes so they invited us to come and pick as many tomatoes as we could manage (they were all destined for the tomato bin!). We picked well over 400kg of tomatoes 🍅. We then spent the best part of an entire week cooking the tomatoes to store them in jars as tomato sauce (tomate frito, not like ketchup). We have over 60 large litre bottles of tomato stored in jars, which we use for all sorts of recipes/snacks. You can buy this tomato sauce in Lidl from time to time when they have their Spanish week. If you can’t get hold of the sauce or enough tomatoes to make it, you can use tinned toms, they just need a bit of cooking to reduce the water content. Certified GF oats are of course great to use if you do have any problems with wheat gluten, but regular rolled oats are just as good if you don’t have any problems. They just might be grown near a field of regular wheat and therefore suffer from cross contamination, making them unsuitable for coeliacs especially. We’d love to hear how those sausages turn out when you make them. Lots of love. Xxxx🙏💚😋✨🌱🌭
@@tastyveganbites i make red lentil and coconut milk vegan sausages for sausage rolls with it and nobody can tell pigs were not murdered to make them lol
@@IndiaLetsLearnEnglish My best mix for 1 cup of soaked red lentils is level 1 tablespoon of ground nutmeg, half a tablespoon of ground mace and 1 tablespoon of ground white pepper. I also add dried marjoram herbs but you can use dried oregano too, about 1 tablespoon. I wrap them in cling film into sausage shapes and cook them in warm not boiling water for about 45 minutes. The rest is just oat flour and semolina and some soya milk or cooking water from beans I cook.
Yes, you can for a while. We always do a large batch and freeze them, they can be popped in the oven and cooked from frozen. We find it super useful to have a quick meal that’s actually homemade! We do this with some of our other recipes too, such as falafels, burgers and a few other things that can be quickly reheated in the oven🙏💚❤️⭐️😋✨
I’m going to try this tomorrow but I have chickpea flour instead of cornflour, so I’m going to try this. It has a similar consistency, as in very fine.
Yes, absolutely. We freeze large batches on trays. You can cook from frozen, in the oven or in a frying pan on a low heat as long as you keep a good eye on them, making sure they don’t get cooked too quickly, leaving the centre still uncooked. Otherwise, defrost in the fridge and cook as normal🙏❤️

Hello and thank you 🙏. I think that the flavour will change a little bit if you leave it out, but t shouldn’t matter too much, I’m sure that they will still be super tasty😋🙏💚❤️
Once you add all ingredients to a processor and it is blended, scoop it up into balls like the video and then from there: use your hands to roll out the dough into sausage shapes. Easy yes? Then sauté until golden brown in a heated pan. Voila! Understand now? 🤷♀️ ✨💖✨

What are "soya chunks?" I've never heard of them or seen them
Can I use TVP (small pieces) instead of chunks?
You can indeed, that’s just what we had in the cupboard 🙏❤️💚🌱😋🥰
@@tastyveganbites Thanks! I love your recipes!
Can I store them in fridge?
Yes, you can for a while. We always do a large batch and freeze them, they can be popped in the oven and cooked from frozen. We find it super useful to have a quick meal that’s actually homemade! We do this with some of our other recipes too, such as falafels, burgers and a few other things that can be quickly reheated in the oven🙏💚❤️⭐️😋✨
Hi! What can you use instead of the cornflour?
I’m going to try this tomorrow but I have chickpea flour instead of cornflour, so I’m going to try this. It has a similar consistency, as in very fine.
Hi! What can I replace soya with?
DSM Launched “World’s Only” Soy-Free TVP Containing All 9 Essential Amino Acids, this was back in 2022, but you may be able to get hold of it🙏❤️💚🌱😋
can anyone suggest a substure for chick peas as my whife hates them
Can these be frozen
Can these be frozen?
Yes, absolutely. We freeze large batches on trays. You can cook from frozen, in the oven or in a frying pan on a low heat as long as you keep a good eye on them, making sure they don’t get cooked too quickly, leaving the centre still uncooked. Otherwise, defrost in the fridge and cook as normal🙏❤️
ممكن المقادير بالعربية وشكرا
I would love to have time to do that, maybe if we manage to get a website together, we’ll be able to implement that🙏❤️💚🌱😋🥰🍀
Is there a soy chunk substitute? It raises my levels and eye grow a beard and fangs.
Texturised pea protein is a great alternative, it’s available to buy online in many countries. It can be replaced with cooked brown lentils. This will change the flavour a little, but is a very tasty and soya free alternative. Hope this is helpful and that you can use these alternatives 🙏💚😋🌱✨🌭
They look fantastic!!! Can't wait to give these a go. Do you think it would make a difference if I left out the nutritional yeast? My husband thinks he has an allergy to it....
