No. This gameplay is just a game named:Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic, and regraphic with mario bros characters, the real SMB2 has 8 level cycles, which you could never complete within 10 minutes.

I used to play this game all the time on my gameboy. It looks a lot different than I remember tho. I knew every knook and crannie of this game
The original Super Mario Bros. 2 was on NES, not Gameboy. He played the NES version and you probably played the Gameboy Advance version which had updated graphics.
I was very good at this game when I was a kid. No where close to speed running speed, but I could blow through it.
Recently I played it again and kept dying on world 4-2.
I'm getting old :(

Can someone explain to me why in 1-2 he always goes through that potion door and then immediately comes back out before he fights the boss. I know there’s a reason but to me it seems like it’s just a waste of a few seconds.
It is so he can quick kill the birdo with the veggie, and not needing to wait for the eggs.
Lintarius it still doesn’t answer why he needs to go in the door and come back out.

And how do you get Wart with the fourth vegetable? I've tried and tried and tried. Even the smallest crouch jump to throw the vegetable kills me. I've hit him a couple of times with it, but I always die as well.

why were you picking up some enemies in certain spots? Does it make you run faster?
If you're playing as Toad, picking up enemies causes him to run 20% faster.

Why is there a SNES controller for the input display when this is on the NES and you previously had a NES bone controller?

NAME NAMENAME I can tell you from experience with the Mario All Stars version that a SNES controller is much better for this game than a nes controller. it’s much more comfortable
NathanGuiaYT as I said, darbian used an NES bone controller. This is a controller in the shape of an SNES controller, but with only the NES button layout. And also, he once used a picture of this exact controller as the input viewer. Also also, I know that the SNES controller is more comfortable, since I have them both here.
