    Although a class could be good/bad in comparison to others in terms of dps, mobbing, bossing in general, etc. There is no actually “bad” class. It’s up to the player’s preference.
    I’m sure somewhere there are very funded Mechanics, Blaze Wizards, etc. players with pitch boss equips.
    If there’s one tip I would give to any maple player is to play what you like. Don’t look at damage charts and shit. If you like Cannoneer, Fire/Poison Mage by all means go for it.
    Progressively speaking, any class can be at the same level as other players’. Sure, a class like Night Lord might have an easier time bossing but I’m sure with dedication, any class can clear the same bosses they would with ease

    Cool meta change is a new oz ring or common 6th skill that stores damage over time and bursts during fd stacking to help dpm classes
    Also emphasizes skilled gameplay of being able to stick and have dmg uptime. Because burst still can use it just wont benefit as much and make dpm classes stronger solo and better for pitch drops and such

    Will we get to listen to hidden potential on itunes/spotify and other podcatcher apps soon? I love the youtube channel. Last week started on Solis EU, and with your clear (with your very articulate voice) guides on everything maplestory, it kickstarted me on my linkskills / legion for my paladin.

    1:31:18 As an midgame pally grinding through liberation quests, I wish my partner(s) understood that just casting Divine Echo isn't enough to get the full bonuses and not run away from me every time I'm casting the rest of the FD buffs (also please Nexon buff Paladin for heaven's sakes)

    They should make a 6th job party buff base on the job for example: archers give %crit dmg mages give % buff duration pirates give % boss
    warriors give dmg reduction on % enemy attack and thiefs give % ied

    I really do not like the idea of phantom losing skill steal. That's the point of his class to me. What I would do 1. Phantom copies are their own "lesser" versions of skills, and can be balanced separately. 2. Let him steal everyone's skills.

    I think phantom should really just be un-nerfed back to his strongest point regarding impeccable memory, there's plenty great non-explorer classes in the game he can't even steal off of, and most of the time it barely even does anything to steal offensive skills which are STILL nerfed to fix when he used to hit old damage cap with stolen arrow platters. He might be a little on the overtuned side, but I really don't think it'd be a big deal currently, not like he can steal 5th or 6th job skills, which are some of the most important now.

    I’m not in the endgame at all, but just thinking, couldn’t Nexon just make a boss that is class required and split it up that way??
    Example have to run with 3+ class types. There are phases where the INT class has a room, DEX has a room, STR, etc

    spiritgate and smashing punch are 60seconds currently, spirit flow is still 120s cd
    the problem with the revamp is that moonbeam is gone, spirit bond max got completely changed and is way worse, spirit flow is way worse, 6min skill is way worse and bland and boring as well
    the only things that are a buff is that spirit ward is a toggle instead of an active and they gained 20% ied as a party debuff which keeping all current debuffs

    as someone who has blaze wizard as one of my mains, blaze wizard was definitely the best one out of the entire cygnus revamp
    they did almost everything they needed to do for blaze wizard, what is still missing:
    ~ 1st/2nd/3rd job attacks need to be changed to become relevant
    ~ an alternate teleport that functions the same as Evan's current teleport [but looks fiery] for bossing (while keeping current Flashfire)
    ~ Salamander gets revamped into a toggle skill with 100% uptime
    ~ Fox/Lion Mode gain an infinite duration when you activate them so you don't need to keep re-summoning them
    they do these changes and Blaze Wizard would actually be a perfect class

    Ill be honest, idk if you have all perspectives when you are all 50k+ hour maple gamers, talking about stuff like so yeah in hkaling like bruh... 99.999% of the playerbase isnt even close to that and if anyone who is just a average mapler like me listens to this its irrelevant, maybe bring in someone whos in the BM level so we can atleast hear the perspective of someone closer to the medium of players

    People bind and burst because bosses are too hard, two ways to fix it:
    1. Can either make bosses easier (could do this one anyways.)
    2. Make supports way better at being supports, turn support-hybrids more into proper supports, and make more supports so that when you boss with a support it is like bossing in easy mode so you don't need to kill bosses in sub 5 minutes and make players willing to do long boss runs.
    This is the better solution as it means players that want a harder boss fight, they can either solo it or not party with a support, while everyone else will party with supports to make for a better bossing experience. The true support aspect right now is extremely underpowered and needs to be buffed up, as well as we need a lot more true supports added into the game other than Bishop and Lynn only, plus reduces damage creep with more of a focus on utility over damage buffs.

      The bosses really arent "too hard", people bind and burst bosses because they suck and dont want to put in the effort to learn, they would rather overgear and cheese it.
      1. This game is really not that hard, the only somewhat challenging part (endgame bossing) does not need to be made easier. If they made these bosses much easier you would be completely brain off blasting through them like mobbing. Each boss only has a handful of mechanics and patterns, comparing this game to any other raiding mmo it is incredibly easy.
      2. Sounds like a great way to introduce an even worse support shortage into the game. Like they mentioned in the video, people will just take the path of least resistance and if you can take a support and it will bring so much utility it just enables you to brain afk clear bosses, everyone will feel it is necessary to have a support. You have to especially consider that if they added crazy utility to supports they would have to also add crazy mechanics to the bosses so that the supports dont trivialize the content, which then makes anyone running supportless have a horrible or impossible time. Noone "wants a harder boss fight" so the meta will just gravitate to the optimal party being 1-6 supports, unless you want them to nerf support damage and bossing which will have its own host of issues (noone will play support if it cant mob or solo boss in a game where 95% of the content is mobbing and solo bossing).
      This will again force nexon to design the new bosses to counter that meta, which will just harm the people soloing or progging without several supports in their party.
      I get the impression you just want this game to full on babymode hold your hand which is cool, but don't pretend its whats best for the game. These changes would ultimately cause wayyyyyyyyy more issues than they solve.

      @@momoaa Who cares what someone else does. If people want to play on easy mode let them, does not affect you whatsoever, if you want to play on hard mode then go ahead.
      That is the beauty of having way stronger supports, turning other jobs to become proper supports, and adding in more support classes is so that players can struggle on boss fights without needing to feel like that they got to overpower the boss to kill it.
      You can have your harder boss fights, everyone else can have an easier time and everyone wins.
      If bosses were easy, then people would not opt into under 5 mins bind and burst explosive boss fights, but the reality is that boss fights are too hard for people which is why they opt into bind and burst.

      1. way to ignore everything I typed about how it would straight up just be awful for the game. It does affect what "I" do, because the devs balance the game on the general playerbase so this would affect everyone. These stronger supports would become required for bosses because you cant have strong supportive utility existing and balance the game pretending it doesnt, so you would again, have to mega buff the bosses and they would become unclearable solo and the only viable comps would be support stacking because why would you take a dps when you could take a dps that also supports (think the issue we already have but 10x worse).
      Bossing is in a good spot and at worst needs small class balance tweaks and new bosses to freshen stuff up, not a total overhaul and certainly not the one you have in mind.
      2. people opt for under 5 minute bind and burst parties because 1) they suck and 2) they lose their entry for the week upon dying out. The easiest fix would just be not losing your entry unless you make it to the loot room, but this brings other issues to the game like bussing people (leaving at 1% after carrying a boss, repeatable infinitely, usually for real money)
      I thank god you are not in charge of anything to do with the balance of this game, you dont understand that the bossing experience in this game is already one of the easiest in mmos, and then on top of that the bosses legitimately do get all the frustrating stuff nerfed out. It might be time to pick up solitaire or something if you still feel like the game isnt handholding you enough

    None of the classes are bad, they all are good, and Kaiser is outdated.
    Demon Slayer is a bad class technically, but they are a simple brain dead class so people who want a super easy class to play that only care about burst should main Demon Slayer.

      How is DS by any criteria a bad class? Insane damage, survivability with glide and s, uptime kit with super fast rush and map wide tp, fantastic damage distribution for party bossing, easy to play, etc.

      @@anonymousl5150 Demon Slayer is slow and very clunky so it is hard to dodge boss attack, especially dodge boss attacks while also dealing damage, and all of their damage is on burst and they are not even the top burst classes.
      Demon Avenger is absolutely cracked for bossing, constantly dealing full damage and able to dodge attacks, but they are very hard to play - while Demon Slayer is very easy to play so more people play it.

      @@MasterStacona DS has the same speed as any other class and has the best rush in the game with no endlag. Gliding is literally op in bossing. Literally the top burst classes like Kain, Merc, and Ark do poor damage off of burst. You have zero clue what you are talking about. DA has a much slower rush than DS, has no instant tp to boss, and needs to constantly stick to the boss for frenzy damage and short range exceed. And to match a DS's damage you have to literally play 29 frenzy, your survivability is far worse for the same damage.
