What’s the difference between the conditioner and the serum? What’s recommend with a new car?
Leather conditioner acts as a lotion and the serum acts like sunscreen for the seat. I’d use leather cleaner first, conditioner, then serum on top.

Is this for leather only or leatherette? My car has leatherette and I don’t really know what that means :|

Hi there! Depending on use, clean and condition your leather goods as often as desired or as little as once every three months.
Don't forget to vaccum out the debris from your seats and seams before you start agitating things!
If the car is new there is a coating on it so there is no point in using a conditioner
