to be honest, you got to admire marshall's determination. although he lost this game, the only reason is that it was capablanca defending. nowadays, imagine a player who loves attacking playing against the marshall attack and having to defend. they will likely crack under the pressure. the marshall attack also brings out why the ruy lopez is bad in the sense that it exposes that white falls behind in development by opening the center and giving black counterattacking possibilities.

My old computer tought 5:22 minutes Capablanca-Reti game move and solved! Same computer tought only 4:37 minutes Kasparov-Keamnik game move and solved! Computers telling the truth Capablanca better than Kasparov!!

Marshall never was the greatest tactician in the world. Already before WW1 Rudolf Spielmann (who had 50% against Capa) and Alexander Alekhine were superior.

Hi and enjoying the shows I was watching a show where your dissecting a game between capablanca and Marshall and then I believe that about timestamp 10:42 you did a scenario where Queen took Bishop on D3 and then you asked can you find mate in four if you want to pause the video so I did and all I could see was Checkmate in one with Bishop to H2 of course I was loaded when I was watching
Unless I miss something you said about the scenario
