omg I made this cake yesterday without measurements did my own but use all ingredients!!!! I used rice flour for the coating of the cake pan. Used sheet pan cut the cake in half hours later and smeared the cake with cheese frosting omg it is the most delicious carrot cake we have ever tasted!!!!!!!!!!! My only mistake was I used frozen cream cheese defrosted next time I will buy cream cheese the day I make the cake. This cake is incredible!!!!!!! I used paper towels to collect excess water from carrots. Also I only used cinn vanilla cardamon I could not find clove or alllspice etc. used beautiful brown sugar I mean it this cake is awesome I had to use 8 small eggs I did not have larger eggs.

Cracking an egg one handed is a lot simpler than you’d imagine. My old chef showed me once and I got it down the first time. I’ve shown a few friends (who have no experience in the kitchen) how to do it, and they all got it down the first try, too. All you gotta do is make that initial crack, gently squeeze the sides of the egg towards the center with your thumb and your middle finger, and as soon as that begins to cave in, you simultaneously pull each half in the opposite direction. So with your index finger, middle finger, and your thumb, you pull the top half, and with your ring finger and your pinky, you pull the bottom half. You could also use your palm as support if you need to. Hope this helps.

So with your index finger, middle finger, and your thumb, you pull the top half, and with your ring finger and your pinky, you pull the bottom half. You could also use your palm as support if you need to. Hope this helps.

To dry out the carrots i find an easy way to do that is to shuck them in the fridge for an hour without any cover. Dries them right out.

Chris is basically the prodigy of BA. He doesnt show much, but when he does, its perfection. He is that guy who always stay calm while spent tons of his time doing research, thats why most BA staffs always went to him for advices and suggestions. Tldr; chris is the genius of BA.

BA knows this and fuelled the fire by keeping in the 2 "snarky" comments in hours of footage and scheduling the videos to be released shortly after one another.
