The test of a helmet is its strength and level of protection it offers to owners. I’ve seen absolutely no safety testing data in any of these TH-cam videos to evidence this being the best on the market
I don’t disagree with that statement but I definitely didn’t make the claim that this is the best helmet. I only emphasized that the lights add an extra level of awareness to passing vehicles and the mips system seems to add another layer of possible protection.
DISCLAIMER: This helmet wasn't designed for cycling while motor biking.

You can barely see the turn signal light. Should offer brighter colors not stealth flat dark trendy colors, defeats your safety features. Less gimmicks and fashionable features please. I ride with a yellow full face Giro Switchblade helmet (w a headlight). There is a reason while riding for 50 years I’ve never had even a close call w a vehicle.
@michaelalfonso1070 have you filmed LED lights very often? If you’re familiar with frame rates and shutter speeds (not to mention dynamic range) you’ll understand that capturing these helmet lights ACCURATELY is not possible. All that to say I can assure you that this helmet is not a gimmick and has greatly improved my visibility to road traffic. I’m not saying this as a paid affiliate but someone who has genuinely tried the helmet on camera and off camera as a safety tool. I’m very satisfied with it and I think it’s a worthwhile investment for riders of all kinds.
Beautiful video, but without a serious impact test, these types of reviews are kinda worthless.
True but I don’t really want to destroy a $200 helmet…I’ll trust that the manufacturer selling such an expensive piece of gear did their due diligence.
@@jordanvp Also very true. I do trust Mips and the certifications, somewhat, but having Mips, certifications and a Virginia Tech rating would be even better.
