This may sound mad. This first class has the best looking doors of any product available in the sky.

I just flew this jfk to lgr route today. Guys those 1st class suites are so nice. So much room, the tv has to be at least 26 inches. I couldn't make the breakfast, as it was too much individually served food.

Thanks for sharing. Just a gentle reminder, avoid placing liquid near any charging points. It’s not too safe in case of any leakage.

It looks lovely but more business class than first. I spotted Lindt truffles on the menu which sounds like regular chocs from any supermarket.

Its too common that airlines strike such deals with suppliers, like how both SQ and EK serve only beers from the Heineken corporation - all of them unpleasant, only Tiger is acceptable. Expected them to pay just about nothing for these exclusive deals, and at times getting paid to serve them.

Privacy door if all other travellers and members of staff are under 4 feet tall.

Silly. On a long flight there is not much passing traffic. They provide excellent privacy from your neighbours, same as with the new business Club Suites, and that's what you want as a flyer.

It looks like a step up on the old product, but I’d love to see BA really try to compete with their Premium products.

Have flown in many business class seats like that. They are brilliant and make long haul a much more restful experience. You don’t have to shut the partition….

I like this cabin a privacy of your own, sure I will definitely dig this kind of seating. Although I've been to a much nicer aircrafts that offers similar services in flight to Asia and America. Good sharing.. Aloha from Hawaii 🌺🌺🌺

    Happy safe travels.

Appreciate the absence of opinions from the reviewer. We need to understand the traveller to understand how he evaluates things. Here we see him bringing a big bottle of water to first class and i immediately think of tripadvisor reviewers who give bad reviews because they didnt get 2 glasses of water before takeoff. Looks like a great firstclass to me, one of the better, the menu is also fine, not focused on hyped but poor choices, the absence of salmon is always a good sign. BA and LH arent famous for fancy meals but i always found their food to be appealing and good. Minus for not having a fish option in the mains, the North Atlantic has some of the best fish in the world, like cod and halibut, but they rather serve indian recipes, ok...

Depends on your flight, flew on the 787-10 to Houston 2 weeks ago and there and back had fish as an option in the first class a la carte meal. A curry does make sense though considering its our most popular takeaway as a country.

My first thought of the new 1st class is this. The colour scheme is a bit bland, I like the shiny table however Is it scratch resistant . It does look a bit squashed. Do I like , YES ! would I pay extra for it NO because it not so much a upgrade from it business class seat. I am glad it's replacing the old seat

My son recently flew from Manchester to Singapore with emirates on business class and my son lives within 70 miles of Manchester airport so emirates pick him up in a limo dropped him of at his hotel in dubai then picked him up 2 days later to take him back to dubai airport to catch his flight to Singapore. No other airline does this
And we wonder why BA losing money
