Truth be told, I believe the clubworld is miles better than the First, having experienced both severally for years. 😄. Clubworld my choice above any other business class product, even first class since year 2000

@@poppyland74 it’s not though, I fly CS all the time and first even without the door is more private than CS. There’s only 8 people in first compared with 32+ in CS so the cabin is busier etc
I find it super weird that BA close off you you comments on many initial threads. A decent company should be proud to open up to comments, put a couple of staff on it even. ... or just put staff on telephones to let folk know where to start luggage tracking.
I think Maren would be happy sitting on a 5 gallon bucket in the lavatory - she is always a great addition to these comparisons. Interesting to see the minimal difference between First and Business - not sure that First is worth the additional costs. Great job as always!
I just tried BA's new club world seats just three days ago. They were really comfy, especially when our flight was delayed for four hours then postponed for a day due to engine issues and the crew timing out.
I'm due to fly BA London Heathrow to Miami next week on the 777, am definitely going to look into upgrading to business class, looks as good, if not better than first. Thanks for the fun video! 🤗
Great to see this report back again after 3 years . Always love the content you guys put out especially a review like this. The Concorde lounge looks amazing hopefully one day i will get to try it out. Ba crew are always incredibly friendly and the service is great can’t go wrong
Concorde room is lovely, the addition of sleep pods is a major bonus. The rest of the lounges do the job but aren't worth extending your layover for IMHO. Still, if you get the chance, go for it!
Would love for you guys to try the Qantas LHR - PER in business, premium economy and economy on the Dreamliner. See how you guys would go for 18 hours especially whoever is in economy.

Having flown in the new club suite, I am so surprised that the first suite has not been updated in such a long time. I know that BA are doing away with 1st on a lot of aircraft now, with the inevitability that this will probably only remain on a few routes. They need to differentiate and keep a top class 1st suite, but it is honestly not worth the upgraded price to business with the new suite. Great job guys as ever. Xx
I've watched a number of different channels that review various airlines business classes/classes in general and this seems to be one of the few channels praising them, yes BA isn't the on the level of Qatar or Emirates presentation wise and to be honest other reviewers look down on BA almost snob like but I recently flew BA to Tampa from Gatwick and had no issues in economy, almost the exact same experience as shown in this video. I did note that this flight had the old style IFE screen in economy/premium economy, whereas my flight to Tampa has the new tablets installed making it look much more sleek.
I love your critiques of the different fancy/expensive lounges at your age 😂 Just enjoy that you get to be there at all! I’m 50 and psyched about flying Premium Economy! Most of us could only ever hope to be able to enjoy Business or First class seating and lounges.
BA premium economy based on all the videos I've seen looks to be very good. Probably in the top 5. They can definitely step it up a little bit by allowing access to their lounges even if its a paid option.

flew BA first on the a380 pre-pandemic. what an amazing experience! this video doesn't show it but the first class seat is at least 25% larger than the business class pod. also, the full tea experience is just next level!

I don't drink so that really doesn't mean anything for me but some people love the champagne/ wine selection. When I did it it was only 10k more miles to book than a biz ticket so I did. Would I pay $788 just for the pomp of the tea service? Eh, probably not, but it was a cool once in a lifetime experience. Also I flew on the a380 which is larger than the 777 by a good margin so that may have factored into it as well - you could do cartwheels at the front of that cabin!

You do get the nicer airport experience (separate First wing, Concorde room, etc.), and since i'm traveling with a companion, buddy dining in the First seat (ottoman) is nice. This would also be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but I could really go either way. Thanks for the reply!

As always great seeing a comparison review between different cabins, especially a four cabin flight. Most of you look so Happy at the start of the video, but Ben is just stood there. Does he think he's to posh to join in, now he's in first class? It's the first time I've seen Maren and she was so bright and bubbly. Hopefully some of her personality with rub off and brighten up Ben.

I like business more than first class…they are very similar but not in price wise! Just spotted the wash bag that business one made of leather, much better than the first. Tbh, compare with other airline, BA need to do more work on the first class! It just equivalent to VA upper class which VA is lot cheaper. Thanks for the video btw! You guys are amazing.
BA first really needs a hard product overhaul, the new club suites have made their business class great, but first still lags behind. The First soft product is great on BA though, so it really is just the hard product which needs changing

Can't see much benefit of First class over the newer Business class seats - it looked a bit wider, maybe longer but little else, especially considering the price differential. Even the TV screen in First looked to be a very old design. The Concorde lounge is way better than the Galleries (which do look old and tired compared to other airlines "home" lounges).
BA business class lounges are well below par when you compare to other airlines, They really are so drab and are often so busy you can’t get a seat. Will definitely try the other lounge when I’m next at Heathrow, I hope BA step up and sort out the lounges they are falling behind again.
They are good in certain places, but the main hub of T5 needs more lounges, it's always packed, Galleries First lounge feels more like a paid lounge, ive struggled to even get a seat the last few trips which for anyone is shocking let alone a frequent gold member! They could be world leading but are way behind the quality, food and service of Qatar!

The BA business lounges at Heathrow and Gatwick are so disappointing! Especially the food. We are now gold members now so we will have to see what the lounge is like at Gatwick November 23rd

If you head to the B lounge without knowing your gate, you can often be left with a 15-minute walk through the underbelly of T5 back to the A gates. The tram cannot take you back to A without taking another stroll through security.
I flew first class with BA in feb and then Club in May and they both were the most amazing experiences i have had ! Cannot wait to fly again with them next Feb
From recent experience I can say BA premium economy isn't as good as it was five years ago. Specifically on 787's they force the windows dark (on day flights) and try and treat it like a night flight with less service. (Based on flights I've taken from India to London departing at dawn.) Five years ago they constantly checked you had everything you needed and if you wanted anything else. On the last two trips they've utterly failed to respond to the call bell at all. They used to give you a business class main meal too. Either they stopped doing that, or the business meals have gone down hill. Having said that, I'm looking forward to getting silver status by the end of the year so I can use the lounges. One thing about T5. I always go down the extra level and take the walkway/travelators between 5A and 5B/C. It's much more peaceful.

Love watching these videos. I need to educate myself on how to get AVIOS points through everyday living so I can put it towards trips and not be in economy. All the classes looked like they performed well for their cabin type. I would have expected pyjamas in business class. It would also be good if BA offered something like massages/spa treatments in their lounges to add some "wow" into their offering.
Could I suggest you take a look at the output of 'Matt's Planet'? He's posted a number of Avios tutorials. Tell him WBM sent you. And the daily TPG emails are another great resource.

It’s not though, the first cabin only has 8 seats compared to over 36 in club. The first seat is way more private that CS

I did the lhr - Perth in business it was ok. The seat isn’t very comfy and the Qantas staff are a bit cold. Singapore was way better for that flight

Love watching these videos. I need to educate myself on how to get AVIOS points through everyday living so I can put it towards trips and not be in economy. All the classes looked like they performed well for their cabin type. I would have expected pyjamas in business class. It would also be good if BA offered something like massages/spa treatments in their lounges to add some "wow" into their offering.
