After seeing your video i tried to dismantle my samurai bike. while removing clutch case two screw head got damaged. when i asked suggestion with local mechanic, he suggested to weld a bolt on the damaged screw and then remove it. is it ok? or as another mechanic suggested to drill the head completely and remove the clutch case as the clutch case is holding through screw head and the screw thread starts only in the crank case. please give your suggestion.
Among these two methods, prefer which is easily accessible for you.
Either welding or drilling, try not to damage the case.
You can also remove the screw using chisel and hammer but you should know the technique, a wrong hit can damage the case.

It is really hard to find spares regarding supra, Shaolin and shogun. Search in gp road brother.

Heat resistant paint aerosol can la thaan kidaikudhu. So normal enamel based paint thaan adichen. Centre case and bore paint pannum podhu primer use pannadhinga. Suppose heat resistant primer kidacha paint pannunga.

Yes but it is hard to source for vapourblasting and it is even harder to convince them to do it for small quantity.
