A useful review. I think you forgot to buy and install an oil seal (Rs 10 to 15) which has to be on top of that bush, which you mentioned not to over tight and also a washer (Rs 1 to 2) which has to be placed before you install that bush to the driven gear. You have also missed to place two washers (each of Rs 2 to 4), one was before the drive gear installation and the other was before the circlip installation. One more suggestion is to use a "Yamaha speedometer worm gear nut open t-spanner tool" Rs 120 to 160 instead of a screwdriver for installation of the driven gear bush. Kindly consider my opinion. It seems that the Rx 100 worm gear spares you show in this video is similar to that of the Yamaha Cygnus Ray (2012 model). Those 3 washers, bush, oil seal, circlip, drive gear and driven gear all are available still in the Yamaha showroom.
