Exactly not possible. The 2 stroke engine beat is just like heart beat. You can't replicate in 4 stroke.

after assembling the engine and starting, it runs at very high rpm.. why is that.. ? there is no problem with the carburator.. everything fine..

Excessive fuelling leads to high rpm. Check for carb idle screw, accelerator cable placement and routing, carb slide position.
