Durable Plastic Kraton 6s towers are needed. The design needs changing too.
I've been toying with the 3d printer idea months now thinking "if I can't get the parts I want made out of the material that I want then I best make my own" 👍
Dave H 3D printing is not nearly as durable as you would think- or you could just wait for rpm or aluminum parts

Thats easy, 21lb extended springs all around, metal rear brace from the v1, 3000 cst diff oil in the shocks, tbone skid plate, mx38 badlands, your choice of motor, esc, gearing, and motor mount. Honestly though, theres only 3 things you need, springs, shock oil, and brace described above and youll have a TANK!!!
Just change the springs to blue rear silver front.. there you go.. bash it..havnt broked a single thing yet..its a beast

From looking at the bulkhead on the xmaxx it looks like it was already cracked before you started. Great vid though. Love the carnage.

On the rear of that last truck, move the lower shock mount out closer to the wheel. That will lessen the travel, but it will increase the spring rate so it will feel stiffer since there is less leverage.

Kev, move the lower shock mounts out toward the tires on the rear of your team c. It will limit travel a bit. If it still has too much, put 2 or 3 mm shock shafts spacers in to limit travel further...

i was looking at a tamiya tt-02 not that long ago. is it a good way to get into the hobby, or should i go towards my airsoft path ?
One could say the Kraton 8s failed to break the already broken X-Maxx any more but wrecked itself while trying.

The A-arm snapped on the Kraton because only the wheel hit the x-Maxx you can see it clear in slow-mo.
Not what I expected tbh ladies and gents. I expected the Kraton to be in bits while the x-Maxx's bashed on and on and on and.... Those M2C chassis are hard as rock.
What was the shock towers like on the Kraton? After every run with my 6s I have to break out the arrma hammer and straighten them out.. that's if the diff input gears last long enough... expensive piece of SH!T is what it is, very rare to take it out and not break it, different issue every time.
The Senton 3/4s is my favourite. Enforce the body shell and it's a bash beast. I've paid around £5 in 3 months replacements parts for the Senton, had a knuckle snap, ohh smashed up the body in 10 days but that was my fault for not reinforcing it. Replacement - Killerbody £20 - bargain - looks rather epic😏
3 months with the Kraton, parts run into the hundreds. Makes me not want to use it 😒
If you buy a 6s Kraton make sure you love wrenching because you'll be doing that more than bashing.. unless you bash like a fairy and only use 4s 🤣 gears can cope 4s but the fun is watered down big time.

Want my opinion? The Kraton 8s is a bag of shit mate I'll never buy one, would rather the x-maxx any day but the Kraton hit the x-Maxx with the wheel/A-arm, the x-max was always going to come out on top. Not a fair contest although I really wanted the Kraton to get buckled up 🤣
I've got the 6s Kraton here and I f@€king hate it. Piece of shit.
My Senton 4s on the other hand is a bash weapon and by far my favourite rc car out of them all it, just hardly ever breaks bro... saying that the shell breaks 🤣 within 10 days of owning the Senton the body shell was unusable. Killerbody which I reinforced is near its end of service (smashed to bits lol) lasted a month, proline bash armour in the post... but the car itself is almost undamaged but for crack in the chassis and I'm sure I'll brake that soon 🤣🤣🤣

I like the rc crashes , as long as you can repair them brake them . It's a cool show and if you can make it sometimes, or drive two rc cars with full speed and make a head to head crash. I never feel sorry if i breake my rc car. I will fix it when i can. Anyone he drives hobby grade rc cars and he dosen't brake them, means he dosen't pleased them. A broke rc car means that the driver had a greate time with his rc car, and this is the point to have fun with your hobby grade rc car.

The diff output cups are a problem I had on one of my rc cars kev so I took them out got em red hot under a torch then right into an oil bath. Then you have to do a certain amount of time in the oven. GOOGLE has all the info, haven't had a problem since. Hope you see this man, and hope it'll help you

You should swap out the rear shocks on your truggy to another front set, that may help with the handling issues and limit all that travel.
