Hey Kev, do you remember that super realistic FMS Suzuki Jimny 1/12 scale with all the lights and interior? Maybe you could make a video on improving its off-roading abilities of it as well as making it possibly brushless? Would be super cool to see a super realistic and functional RC SUV.

Hi kev I've gone back in time to when you first started doing your videos. Have to say pal from how you used to be when talking about your old jobs and how depressed you was and to how you are now is such a good thing. Always happy and having a laugh. You must think to your self sometimes that your glad you are not how things used to be. Well done for keeping up with it all and giving some of us some good entertainment.

I love the X maxx. Best rc traxxas made. You should get a Tekno Mt410. It is a great car. The kit has everything besides wheels body and electronics. You need a remote as well. It is a great car. Great video.

I have struggled with main gears. Tried them all inclding mod1.5. BEST option is belt!!!! I have a bent motor shaft from grinding last set of gears (5mm shaft) and works perfect with belt.
I wanna see that flip to touch the wheels on the bottom of the bridge and then land that’s a challenge should definitely do it!

The X-Maxx videos are my favorite! The tires are terrible, every brand of tire every time. X-Maxx is just too much truck for them.

You should try running the stock tires with proline beadlocks on your xmaxx, that should help with the debeading issues since you don’t need to worry about the glue
Those have 12mm hex’s whereas the Xmaxx would have 17mm hex’s

My x maxx is almost fully upgraded. Max 5-800kv combo, mod 1.5 30-35 gearing, aluminum motor Mount, aluminum diff covers, proline badlands and a ton more. Just need that proline body.

In the part 1 of this you managed to make sparks! On grass!! With a plastic chassis!!!
should try some loctite super glue. the professional version in blue bottle. Tried it when I had to redo my xmaxx tires. full throttle and no blown tires on any of my 8s cars. only problem is it cures FAST and flows like water so got to be careful not to get it everywhere. started trying it on different things.. Glued a broom handle back together and its still holding strong.
