Plus I have a few herniated discs and lingerie injuries that I don't think will ever get fixed so that all plays a role in pain and inflammation anything on these topics would be appreciated and thank you so much for all your knowledge❤❤!!! Also, could you do a video on some more ice drinks for the summer I'm craving smoothies but I don't always want them I kind of get tired of them like blended coffee drinks just different blended drinks for summer that are cold? Hahah :)))

Hi Katie! It’s insane to see what differences you can do to see such a positive impact in your lifestyle. Not only watching you helps but I have been eating a lot less sweets and snacks and really focusing on healthy and whole food, I not only have been feeling better but lost some weight!! I would love to have your app, but sadly my parents won’t let me have any apps I have to pay for otherwise I would totally be in!! But love your videos you’re doing a great job! 😀
I get lots of protein from whole foods. Most women don’t get nearly enough protein in their day as it’s very challenging to get it all from whole foods alone. Supplementation with a clean protein powder is the best way to hit my protein goals.
The only problem I have with your LSF protein powders is they are too sweet! Overloading stevia into them is ruining it for me. I would buy them again if you fixed this problem. Thanks for another terrific video, Katie!!
Everyone is going to have different tastes and that’s fine. But being totally candid, I feel like our protein is far less sweet than most anything on the market. I’ve tried virtually every other plant based out there and many even have added sugar (we have zero). Don’t get me started on whey proteins. That said, we don’t come close to overloading on stevia. We use a monk fruit and stevia blend that is a very small amount of the total product. It’s possible that if you made some adjustment on how much liquid you used, this could help. Always can email our team to offer up suggestions! 🤍
You’re so right about ACV! I use it with Wing Women or an emergency-C vitamin pack. Suja is great too!! I’m on a medication that’s very binding. The ACV really helps with gut health & I noticed I feel my hair & skin have changed too. It may be just the ph level in my body changing but I love it and I love the Natural beauty. It's hard to fathom having protein within 30 minutes of waking up. I usually don't have anything but water for the first 2 hours just because I'm showering, getting ready, getting my kids and husband out the door, and driving to work, where I eat my breakfast.
I’m in! Will be 61 in 18 days. I am looking forward to a birthday month of self-care, focus and discipline. And feeling great by moving my body for the next 6 weeks. 🥳👏👏🙋♀
