Yes, definitely. Especially with the tips/foods that help with hypothyroidism, especially weight loss with it. I have it as well, and I notice so many diet/food plans for it are super restrictive. The way you eat/foods you incorporate, seem much more doable and realistic. It's so much harder to lose weight(I have 50lbs to lose) with the Hypothyroidism issue. 😭

Love the video thank you! I have been struggling with extreme bloating that would sometimes last up to a week after eating certain healthy foods and even salads. I love vegetables and didn't know many were making me ill such as sweet potato, asparagus, cauliflower etc etc. I've been tested and have a fructose sensitivity. I've been following a low FODMAP diet for about two months and when I stick with it I feel 100% better. It works so well but now I am very limited with what vegetables I can eat and it is challenging!
I'm glad you were able to pinpoint and figure out what was causing some problems for you! The number one thing I say to girls in consult with your doctor, especially if your trying something and its just not working!

Oh yes!!! I love reishi!! Ashwaganda too but I take mine in teas. I drink reishi relax at night & Ashwaganda chai during the day but it is an herbal blend so you can drink both at night! I’ve been drinking a turmeric one at night also & it helps me with inflammation. I had an infection in my SI joint years ago osteomyelitis. It was horrible. 4 full months before I could run again but now that I’m older that comes back to haunt me in bad weather & Rain! I really think the turmeric tea helps!! And it’s a delicious caffeine free chai so ya can’t go wrong

Not sure if you will ever see this but I have to ask what about adding agave to your coffee? I know that sounds crazy but I always thought agave tastes sweeter than honey and it’s thinner! So it’s a lot better in my opinion to add to my cold brew. I use the Madagascar vanilla cold brew concentrate mixed with water, oat milk, and some agave! That’s it’s!
That doesn't sound crazy!! I prefer honey because most stores add in sugar to agave, but if you can find agave with no added ingredients than I would def do that!

It probably has something to do with the level of sugars in it. However, I don't recommend swapping for a diet or sugar-free soda. Try a water and adding in some natural sugars like lemons, limes, frozen fruit to give it taste! See how that works for you, soda does dehydrate!

Honestly, I always am a big advocate of sticking to knowing your body and feeding it with the right fuel you body needs and giving it love by exercising too! Sometimes these trends work for some but not for all, but one thing that tends to work for a majority is listening to your body and exercise :) I hope that helped!

Hey girl, I just found your channel! I was searching a video for people who actually use their meal plans meal prep or freezer meals. I don’t know how I wound up here searching to see how people use their meal prep in all those plastic containers because microwave is just SO bad for you. I’m looking for a meal prep channel that has all those pre-made meals in the fridge and see what they are doing for reheating and not using the microwave for everything. I’m always looking to educate myself on new techniques and learn new ways of making things healthier and easier. It’s always good to have options for everything! Anyway I couldn’t find a video I was looking for so booooo. But anyway, I couldn’t help but notice you use your microwave a lot in your meal videos. I’ve seen 3 of yours right now and every one your using your microwave even though you say you don’t use it. Then you end up using it anyway! Here your beautiful asparagus was microwaved:( you literally just destroyed your nutrients. Please look up what microwaves were originally created for. Way back in the day, They were invented because a horrible group of people needed to cook the food for a certain group of people (I can’t even say much more because it’s just too heartbreaking 💔) Your a GORGEOUS woman and I wouldn’t feel right watching these three videos and not bringing this to your attention. Just incase you didn’t know, perhaps you may just throw out that microwave after looking into what it actually does to your food. And what it does to your body. After learning this my entire family when I was 20 years old, I’m 39 now, we all threw out our microwaves and haven’t owned any since! Almost all my gfs threw out their microwaves as well! I reheat everything in pretty much the same time now and everything tastes SO much better! And health wise their is no comparison!! I’ve developed ways to heat using stove top and in oven if I have alot of time. But my rapid stove top can heat just about everything rapidly over the years I’ve learned how fast and different methods of hearing without adding even a drop of oil or butter 🤪😁🤪❤️❤️❤️🌺🌼🌺❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

You seem like you truly want to help people. But your recommendation for splenda or monk fruit isn't great. Raw cane sugar would be better especially cus monk fruit uses erythritol which is horrible for the gut & more. Also intermittent fasting is super bad for hormones , metabolism etc. Also a lot of cruciferous vegetables bloat people, even spinach , asparagus etc
Hi Ana! This is what has worked great for me and many others in the LSF community! You can always swap out certain foods if your body is telling you it's not liking it. For example, swap asparagus for broccoli, etc.
I love your videos but I hate that all the vloggers (not just you) are doing what I eat in a days and then you show hello fresh. It defeats the purpose. The whole point of what I eat in a days is giving people ideas. Hello fresh is not an idea.

Hi Ana! This is what has worked great for me and many others in the LSF community! You can always swap out certain foods if your body is telling you it's not liking it. For example, swap asparagus for broccoli, etc.

No! There are a lot of programs through online universities that are just focused on helping you get your nutrition certification!

I love your videos but I hate that all the vloggers (not just you) are doing what I eat in a days and then you show hello fresh. It defeats the purpose. The whole point of what I eat in a days is giving people ideas. Hello fresh is not an idea.

This is not sustainable for people that their job doesn't involve taking care of themselves.
I know everyone's jobs and schedules are different but it is always important to prioritize your self and your well being!
I eat healthy and less than this a day but I'm heavier than her....Frustrating. I don't get it
She could be shorter, eating more overall then you I mean this is only one day, she could be more athletic/fit/active etc
Don't put yourself down we are all on our own journeys no need to compare
Everyone's metabolism is different as well. Maybe you aren't eating enough. Also fitness plays a huge role in losing weight as well.
