So pretty! I like the idea from a commenter in a previous video about making boards for kids/teens and I can imagine making this one for my daughters' teen holiday sleepover! Plus, I love the gingerbread men :)

For example #1, does the smell of the rosemary overpower the other ingredients? This is so pretty...and creative. I would worry about the aroma. Would leaf lettuce work as a substitute? #2 is also fabulous. Thanks.
I don't think it does at all. Plus rosemary and other herbs are so common with Charcuterie boards and mixed in cheeses, I think it works well. I wouldn't recommend lettuce unless you are eating the board right away as it would wilt. Plus, the lettuce isn't something I would eat with these ingredients, so I wouldn't grab it. I like my garnish to be something not only pretty but something I can eat with my cheese and charcuterie. But heck yeah, if I were making a Veggie board that would be perfect!

I think I prefer wreath #1. Down here in Central Texas we have oodles of rosemary bushes. I will be using mine to do this!
