Just starting to get into the cheese board journey and this is so helpful. Thank you ☀️☺️☀️
Thank you for another great video. I love your Chanel. I made my first board for my birthday yesterday and you were my inspiration.
That is awesome! You made my day!!
Loving your channel, so much content for beginners and also lots of things to learn for the people who are experienced 🧀🍇🧀.
Great to hear!

You have me browsing my grocery store app for cheese selections 😂 Thanks for enlightening me on cheese varieties. Looking forward to building a cheese board for me and my husband for NYE
Any time! If you are on instagram, tag me so I can see your NYE board!
@@figbleucharcuterie9916 I’ll do it
Love the unexpected cheddar!
your channel is my new favourite! this is another helpful video. do you think you could possibly cover charcuterie boxes, too? i know with covid some people may feel uncomfortable taking food from the same board and the charcuterie boxes/jars/cones are a nice option. thanks!
Definitely!! I do offer those for my business, so I make one for sure!
@@figbleucharcuterie9916 yay!! thank you so much, i love your content, keep up the good work and i wish you much, much success with your business and channel! happy holidays :)
Thanks for this...I am trying to expand my cheese palette and this is very helpful
I love this! I love when people want to try new things! Right now I am really loving this new cheese from Deercreek "the wild boar". It's a Monterey jack with truffles
@@figbleucharcuterie9916 Sounds tasty...screenshotting this now...lol
I really want to try the one in wine. I already had a plan to go to Trader Joe's (closest is 45 min away) cuz I am undertaking a grazing table at a party I am throwing. I need to prep as much as possible the night before! That would be an awesome video, if you can do that while you are prepping for an event!
You got this! Prep as much as possible the night before.
Love your channels. Can you freeze cheese? how do you also keep your meats like salami from sweating or browning when left out?
I would not recommend it. It's okay to pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes to get it to firm up to cut, but I only do this to goat cheese. There is nothing special to keep salami from browning or sweating. Just try your best to keep out of sunlight and only consume within 4 hours of it being out!
Hi Sam! This was very helpful! I checked Trader Joes website and they don't have the Blueberry Vanilla Goat Cheese. ;-( Thank you so much for sharing!
I am so sorry to hear! Another brand to try would be Vermont Creamery's Blueberry lemon and thyme Goat.
Do you have a video showing how to cut and place the different cheeses on the board? Thank you
Found it! :)
