      You’re very welcome! The sliders are awesome not only for press handstands, but you can do a whole workout with them. I use to teach a group core class with them. People always had fun it.

    thats actually much better than the wall technique...another thing bout balancing is to constantly pulsate ur finger-tips...thats is nvr rlly implied when starting to learn balancing...(wish u would of showed one using professional rockers...the Spieth brand kind)......tnks 4 this vid....im on my way to always wanting 2do handstand puch-ups....great techniques i nvr would of considered...

    I broke my big toe and had it fused so the joint is immobilized a decade ago before calisthenics. Trying to get everything fired up and tight without being able to point the one single big toe feels damn near impossible at times, particularly while in handstand drills

  • @krisscott5604

    I can't do any of these exercises because well... I can't touch my toes as I'm super inflexible...

    • @TheSalosful
      @TheSalosful 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      These exercises are meant to work on your inflexibility. We all have to start somewhere.
      How's it going by the way?

    How many reps are there in a set ?

    • @norcalelitegym
      @norcalelitegym  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi! Thanks for watching ❤️ Reps can range from 5-15 or more. It depends on which exercise you’re doing and what number would give you an appropriate muscle fatigue.

    What is the difference between handstand and press handstand. ?

    • @norcalelitegym
      @norcalelitegym  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      A handstand is a skill and a press to a handstand is a way to get into the handstand position. Normal way is to kick up into the handstand, while pressing into a handstand takes a lot more strength, flexibility, and control to execute properly. Meaning it is a higher level skill. Plus, it just looks cool 😎

    Great tips but get the kids out of the video they're noisy and distracting very unprofessional

    • @norcalelitegym
      @norcalelitegym  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Thanks for the comment. We were inspired to create this video almost on the spot and the conditions (kids in the background) weren't perfect. But as a business you learn to take imperfect actions and not waiting till everything is perfect, cause it will never be perfect. And this became our most viewed video and also with the most engagement. Imagine if we waited till conditions were right, this video probably will not be up. However, we are planning on filming this piece of content again with more favorable conditions and upgrades. Stay tuned. 😉
