Cliff, one of the best traffic film removers I've ever used can be purchased at O'Reilly's by Superior Products called Dark Fury. On auto applications, it peels road film off at 4:1 after just 30-45 seconds of dwell time. Pulls brake dust off rims without any agitation too. Just don't let it dry! Never done that but 2 ways it can be done. 1. Laundry soap, water and a brush. Or chemical approach you could try some white vinegar and water. Or try Trisodium phosphate (TSP) and water. Odds are if you don't have a decent pressure washer you will have to agitate it with a brush rinse and repeat.

Try and get yourself a Gardiner SLX water fed pole carbon fiber a 18 or 27 footer very stiff and light you can buy goose necks for this to help with inclines and getting over obstacles etc ., There are many brushes available... . Many professional window cleaners have these... well worth the investment ! Step ladders also would hav helped here to get up and above what your working on .. Above all regardless what any one says you have got the number 1 ingredient and that is your concientiuous and want to do a professional job.. And you do just that.. adding upgrades and better tools will make you even better that what you are .

I tried 2%sh all the was up to 6% sh with low to high pressure NOTHING working it gets lighter but not clean, but if i rub my fingers acrosss it it comes off some more, i spent 7 hours on this 40 foot awning & it looks like i did the bare minimum & my customer could never be happy about this, im not happy with the results to the point its embarrassing

@PinkFlamingoPowerWash client was understanding with the notion that it might need scrubbed with a harsher chemical or a degreaser & he's choosing to just paint it, in his opinion he rather not pay to have it cleaned and damaged, building sits right off a highway and we both believe it's actually exhaust smoke stains from all the vehicles that drive but especially since it's like a oil once wet and only smears off can't be brushed , spyayed off at all only soap and a rag makes any progress and it's not a good process to say the least!
