Pet Sitter Pat would have been way funnier and worked better if the scenario was that Spongebob was constantly paranoid that Patrick wasn't taking proper care of Gary, so kept calling him. On the phone he can hear disturbing things in the background like cries, crashes etc, while Patrick insists everything is fine and we don't see what's going on. Finally, Spongebob can't take it anymore and rushes home, only to find Gary and Patrick perfectly fine as they explain everything they've been up to, showing there were completely innocent explanations for all the things Spongebob was hearing- like the TV being too loud, or Gary crying because Patrick beat him at a board game etc.
Agreed. My only problem with it is that it kind of sounds like a ripoff of Squid’s Day Off, but that’s not horrible, given how that episode ended up. If anything, it could be like a role reversal of that episode.
So can I share a One Course Meal rewrite idea? So first off, Krabs' actions have much better intentions and they aren't as intense, with him only scaring Plankton off to protect the formula. Eventually, Plankton thinks that since "Pearl" will always be there to stop him, he becomes a shut-in (not explicitly suicidal). Later, Krabs starts to miss Plankton constantly trying to make off with the formula, and sends SpongeBob to get him back on his feet. At the end with the mime, Krabs genuinely apologizes for what he did, and he agrees to never exploit someone's fears again, even if it's for what he considers a good cause.
You make a good point about the Squidward torture episodes - if the victim doesn't feel deserving then the whole thing is just sadistic and uncomfortable. Yosemite Sam was actually created to be a more evil nemesis for Bugs Bunny, since the creators felt that Elmer Fudd was too childlike and stupid - it often felt like Bugs was bullying a mentally disabled guy.
In some episodes like Jellyfishing, Squidward was arrogant and stubborn sometimes. He didn't pay attention to the road. But in Season 6-8, he is just a normal guy who gets abused just for "comedy".
The thing is, it's not like torment towards undeserving victims for comedy can't work, though typically, it's usually because the victim, though he may initially feel pain, bounces back not longer after, and often doesn't express said pain in a way that can potentially make the audience sympathise with them.
@@byronsenior6499 hey’s saying that it is possible for someone to be tormented to work, but it needs to be written well and they shouldn’t put too much emphasis on the pain the victim goes through.
Old Shame: All of the cast members, including Mr. Lawrence, who co-wrote this episode, really disliked how "One Coarse Meal" turned out. Clancy Brown even stated he felt uncomfortable while reading some of Mr. Krabs' lines in this episode (because he didn’t like Krabs being the villain) or at least, being more of a jerk than usual.
Here's a better plot for "Spongebob, You're Fired!": After being fired from the other restaurants, SpongeBob realizes the Chum Bucket is his only option now. Fortunately for him, Plankton doesn't slave-drive him, and gives him ACTUAL PAY. The Chum Bucket becomes an overnight success thanks to making Plankton's chum actually edible, while the Krusty Krab tanks, and Mr. Krabs is left as a bum scrounging for food in back alleys after Squidward and even Pearl abandon him. He then wakes up in a cold sweat, realizes it was all a dream, and swears not to fire SpongeBob over a nickel, as it would only lead to Plankton's victory.
true... but it would also be inconsistent. While yes, it is a dream (Which is one of the oldest cop-out endings in the book), Spongebob has worked at the chum bucket before, and he didn't like it ("Welcome to the chum bucket"). Although in that case, he was forced to work there rather than of his own volition, which in your case would be. Though i wouldn't expect plankton to change his work ethics. Also... spongebob is very loose with canon, only harkoning back to it when it feels like it. hmm...
@@humanimalhedgehog123 Tbf you could argue in this scenario Plankton doesn’t want this golden opportunity to slip and tries to make spongebob as a comfortable as possible but even than that’s pushing it
This avatar is probably the most expressive one yet and is a nice mix of the last two avatars aesthetically. Has fun cartoons expressions and gestural body language. I think it's my favorite. The cloaked shadow one is my second fav
I agree. I like the shading and outline style, it’s so aesthetically pleasing. It’s more expressive than the shadow avatar, better facial expressions than the third one, and more complex than the first. It is the peak of perfection.
A new avatar that is very expressive, the editing has improved dramatically, better uses of clips for jokes, sound mixing is more balanced out and transitions are a lot smoother. You can tell that Mr. Enter and his team are really looking to improve. Congrats to you all!
Yeah the way he used the avatars for this episode had me in stitches. I honestly don’t know if I’ll be able to contain myself when he reviews Ralph Brakes The Internet
@@WillieManga What the?!! Where's the videos of Markiplier Roasting Mr. Enter?!! I Had No Idea that someone that's one of the big 3 of TH-cam gaming(alongside Pewdiepie & Jacksepticeye) such as Markiplier actually watched someone who has significantly less subscribers than him. . . I Didn't think Mr. Enter was THAT popular enough to have his videos roasted by a major TH-cam Celebrity Like Markiplier. . .
Yes I do love that but only thing I can say is that doing it too much is not great either. Thank god he didn't. While he did being up good arguments in his older videos, he did get too fired up. I can see why he's doing this.
Ideas for funny suicide jokes, off the top of my head that fit this show: 1. Plankton tries to jump off a cliff, and promptly floats gently down, back and forth: "Curse underwater physics." He grumbles. 2. Plankton tries to convince a shark to eat him. "Come on, buddy, didn't you hear? Plankton is great for the skin!" And the shark just backs away uncomfortably while Plankton yells that he's spineless (the joke being that sharks don't really have actual bones) 3. Plankton tries to blow himself up in his lab, but Karen accidentally short circuits the power, leaving Plankton annoyed and standing in the dark. 4. Plankton tries to drown himself in Goo Lagoon and finds that he weighs so little that he just floats on top of whatever that stuff is and again, "Curse underwater physics." By this point, his irritation at his failures could be spurring him to want to live again, if only to spite himself and he then goes on to take adequate revenge on Krabs. Or something. I dunno. Any of these are better than what they did
@@azzzanadra I figured it's funnier method of this idea that wouldn't necessarily have to be for that specific episode. This is just ideas I thought of to make the topic funny
The only problem is, the plot is way too dark for a kids show. Like I’d get it if it was a random joke from a side character, but basing a plot off of Plankton trying to end himself just… feels very wrong.
"He was lying down in the road, a real way people try to commit suicide" Last Christmas, I saw a homeless guy lying in the road. He was later helped and questioned by authorities and was likely trying to off himself. Which is sad.
At least you didn't see someone's bloodied corpse laying on the floor in the middle of emergency helpers trying to save people in a car crash. Like seriously, I thought this guy was just badly hurt, but now I realize he was probably dead and about to be taken to the morgue. He was laying on a mat, by the way.
Fun Fact:the cast and crew of SpongeBob actually regretted and disliked One Coarse Meal, even Clancy Brown felt uncomfortable recording Mr.Krabs lines when he did this episode.
@@lisaswayne8241 Apparantly they did a suicide prevention event after this episode too. Mr. Lawrence who co-wrote the episode hated how it turned out and Hillenberg said it was his least favorite episode.
What makes number 2 worse is that if you wanna look at continuity, Friend or Foe had hinted-no ESTABLISHED that the two WERE FRIENDS AT ONE POINT! So that means Krabs was hyped that his FORMER CHILDHOOD FRIEND wanted to get hit by a bus!
understandable, i know what spongebob said was a little insensitive but killing someone over a rude comment isn't good also, personally i liked the episode because even since no free rides i feel that was when mrs. puff is implied to be a criminal in her past.
I honestly cant watch A Pal for Gary. Even as a kid, I couldn't watch it because it would make me feel bad for Gary. One of the first episodes that actually pissed me off as a child.
@@TheChosenMoose01 As a kid, I really hated The Card, it was always a really unpleasant and frustrating episode to watch for me. Also, I remember One Coarse Meal being the one that made me give up on the show altogether.

I gotta say, man. The quality of your content has been on a steady rise for a good few years now, but in this last year or so, that quality has spiked. Your critiques are more astute, you seem happier, the humor is snappy and everything just flows much better. While I sometimes miss the aggressive energy from your older videos, that’s what having the old ones there. Even taking potshots at yourself- take it from someone else with Asperger’s syndrome, that is a hard thing to do. Couldn't agree^^ more especially coming form some with Asperger's as well iv also been watching him for years while I sometimes do miss he old humor a bit but he does seem alot happier now:)
Meanwhile, SpongeBob just got worse and worse with each passing decade, and no matter how many people on Dave Lee Down Under’s most recent video on the upcoming SpongeBob movies justify the franchise being as big (or eventually bigger) than it is by treating it like some show that we should be a fan of, I think the idea of making SpongeBob far more than just a standalone movie and even more than a trilogy is just abhorrent at best because it’s a way for Nickelodeon to keep beating a dead horse by pissing on Stephen Hillenburg’s death for money, yet people think that SpongeBob should never die and that we’d shush a bunch of lowlife adults if we have beef with the franchise… and especially Nickelodeon in general. People should just boycott Nickelodoen that way not even SpongeBob (and Paramount+) can keep them on life support.
@@JayshiverSquidward was kinda ruined. He became so much more of a heartless jerk to everyone for barely doing anything wrong in the later seasons when originally he did care about SpongeBob a tiny bit on occasion.
I found the episode "Kenny the Cat" to be extremely nihilistic because Kenny just wanted to be loved by many, but Sandy made everyone turn on him because of her asshole behavior.
@@ShadowtheTH-camr523 And considering she's a rodent, she has an in-universe reason why she hates cats. 24:10 I do wish you would have mentioned Help Wanted in this context. The very first episode. The VERY FIRST EPISODE IN THE ENTIRE FRANCHISE establishes this fact, that Spongebob is a damn good cook and can singlehandedly keep the entire restaurant afloat. He’s the culinary equivalent of fucking Popeye. It’s so mind boggling that the later episode writers completely forgot this fact
It's kinda like when the director for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire's film adaptation mentioned it was too much to read the book, in addition to skipping or plumb forgetting the first establishment of a character.
I think one thing to note on One Coarse Meal is that Clancy Brown, the VA of Mr. Krabs, felt uneasy doing the lines of his character in the episode. Let me reiterate, Clancy Brown, who has one of the best villain voices and voices despicable, horrible villains such as Lex Luthor, Neo Cortex, and Long Feng. And this was the job that uneased him
This episode really encapsulates the character arc of Enter himself as a content creator. He's much more nuanced and softer than he used to be, and he's reached a more peaceful state when critiquing these shows. I heavily disagree with him politically but as someone who pays attention to cartoon stuff on TH-cam, Enter's content has never been better.
It's a pity people are always gonna harp on the past just to make themselves look better than they are. Enter feels a lot more authentic than many other animation TH-camrs

I've got a hated episode that literally nobody talks about! Gone. Remember that episode where literally everyone besides Spongebob left Bikini Bottom? Remember how insane he went because he was secluded for WEEKS without anyone there?! Remember how Krabs told him to calm down after hitting the bus with an axe as if his hostility wasn't understandable?! What is it all for? Everyone willingly left BB just because they wanted to abandon Spongebob! Patrick came back with an anti-Spongebob shirt and mocked his laugh! Because it's "National No Spongebob day?" I mean one day would've made more sense given Spongebob didn't even notice they were gone until it was over, but they left him for around a month and left him to go insane! What was their celebration? Burning a giant wooden statue of Spongebob and stomping on the ashes! That implies that while they were gone, they want him to die! Krabs said all that in a happy tone which makes it seriously frustrating and on top of all this, Spongebob instantly forgives everyone! He was better off just staying in New Kelp City! Furthermore, this episode expects us to believe people like Sandy and Gary would leave Spongebob for that long and not even leave him a note! It expects us to believe Krabs would not only close his business for a whole month but leave it behind to be robbed or damaged by bystanders like Plankton who could've stayed behind for that very purpose! Heck, even Squidward doesn't make any sense because in Squidville he realized he'd miss Spongebob if he were away from him that long! Result: The morality of this episode is that it's completely fine for everyone to collectively abandon someone who cares about them at once and celebrate it as if he were dead by killing off and celebrating a mock version of him.
The episode that finally got through to me was “Stuck in the Wringer.” I endured so many crappy episodes up until then, but I kept watching out of some bizarre sense of obligation. Sometimes being a fan is almost like hypnosis: you’re so into the thing you’re following that you can’t admit to yourself that it has changed for the worse. But “Stuck in the Wringer” pissed me off enough to finally snap me out of it. I dropped the show right there. Years later, when watching reviews like these, I discovered “A Pal for Gary” was only a few episodes after “Stuck in the Wringer.” Man, did I dodge a bullet.
I remember back in the early- Mid 2010s Nickelodeon was so bad that they would rerun this show to DEATH, at least 6 times in a row ( probably 7). Overall nice vid
That episode is equally forgettable and atrocious, so yeah I agree! Because, if an episode could be so awful then when you're not around that you wipe it out of your memory just to remember instantly why you hate it when it's brought up again, that's worst episode worthy in my book!
I saw The Patrick Show recently and i gotta admit it: this show surprised me in a good way. I thought that the episodes were just gonna be Patrick being dumb and oblivious to everything around him like how he was portrayed in the later seasons of Spongebob, but it's actually a pretty good show so far. The zany animation from season 11 and beyond combined with Patrick actually being a likeable character makes me impressed with the show so far. The only minor issue i see with it is the odd character design of the newer characters but besides that it's a good spinoff. Definitely better than Camp Koral by a mile.
I'd Still Prefer A Prequel Series focusing on Sandy Living in Texas Prior to Moving to Bikini Bottom; and also Seeing the REAL Dirty Dan & Pinhead Larry as Recurring antagonists of the show Or A Prequel Focusing on Mr. Krabs in his Navy Days(It'd be cool to see him & His Navy Buddies in their Prime) Because It'd be Nice to see more of Mr. Krabs being Portrayed in a way that is NOT Being the Greedy Money-obsessed D-bag he ended up being Flanderized into!!
Damn, the editors skipped the maximum overdrive and went straight to turbo for this one. Fun fact: Steven considered Spongebob to be "sort of asexual" and have no love interest whatsoever. Sandy was made to be a proper female friend rather than a love interest. Frankly, the first season in particular made that hard to believe.
@@bw-leftturnracing7779 I mean, the pitch bible seems to imply she was his girlfriend almost from the start. Imagine if they end up making the pairing canon in the first movie, while having said movie really be the last thing from SpongeBob. That's actually how I imagined it would go, while imagining my own additional scenes for the movie.
And what really sucks is that growing up, Patrick was my favorite Nicktoon character of all time! But episodes like "Ink Lemonade," "Yours, Mine and Mine," and ESPECIALLY "Pet Sitter Pat," really puts him in the camp of "How the hell did I like him in the first place?"
I think the writers forgot that spongebob is, in fact, an adult. At least for a while. My brother loved this show and it's kind of sad to see it sink so low.
I think the only episode where the Krusty Krab wasn't completely fucked was the one where Krabs told spongebob to take a vacation and patrick replaced him. not only showing that not only can the Krusty Krab survive without Spongebob but also that Patrick could be just as good a frycook as spongebob.
@@rexventura4603 But there's more to it than that, you gotta make the food taste good too. Why do you think he's one of the best fry cooks in their world? Hard work. I mean, in this one episode, Triton was flipping patties too in the Krabby Patty contest, but it still tasted awful to people, because he didn't put enough care and dedication to it.
You’ve improved so much in literally every aspect. I used to watch your old Animated Atrocities back in the day, and they’re what got me into cartoon criticism in the first place. I also love the little jabs you make at your past self, it’s really funny and lighthearted. Love this new review :)
Whenever Patrick is Unfunny, I just play that clip where he's struck by Lightning If it's Mr Krabs who acts up, just play him getting Eaten And if it's SpongeBob torturing Squidward or being Annoying, I play him getting pranked by Squidward
Or what about that one clip of where Patrick is hit by DoodleBob's drawn bowling ball and wrench? It's both a classic and it's cathartic when you need it, not to mention it's also funny
When the Flying Dutchman burns or eats any of the main characters, I'll play him thrown into Davy Jones' locker by Davy Jones himself. Whenever New Squidward is better than SpongeBob, I'll play Squidward getting electrocuted by the electric fence. For Krabs play him jailed in the Chum Bucket while Plankton is constantly throwing chum at him from The Krusty Slammer, and for Patrick play him beating himself up from No Weenies Allowed.
In a world that has always unfairly trashed on you (though I would hardly say you're flawless), I always like seeing your uploads. You have gotten nothing but better over the years, and I really appreciate seeing you keep going. Keep going Enter!
Exactly, he's not flawless, but he tries to better himself, and I feel like he gets way too much hate for things from his past he's already fixed or at least said "hey, I'm sorry about this, I'll try to be better"
I don't understand why he always got so much hate. I've always appreciated how real he is with his content. Fancy editing doesn't make a channel, but maybe I'm still stuck in 2008 TH-cam. 😆
One Coarse Meal could’ve had a redeeming moment if Krabs(instead of acting like some sick SOB who gets pleasure out of the torment of other characters) acted shocked and even remorseful after receiving the news about Plankton. They were friends once and it’s completely believable considering how competitive they are with each other. There’s even been an episode where they work together. I’m not saying they should have made Krabs and Plankton best pals again because there have been funny moments out of that rivalry but this episode make Krabs seem evil, which he isn’t. Sure he’s greedy but there have been episodes that have shown him caring about his adopted daughter Pearl, Spongebob, and even Patrick.

She deserved it in No Free Rides in my opinion. Not only was she stealing, but she drove him through giant clams and cheese graders which very easily could've killed him. It's one of the ONLY times in the series the cops actually did their job correctly.
"Why?" Because potatoes. Ah, the classic Enter memes are coming out full-force. EDIT: As an aside, I actually kinda liked the "What zit Tooya" short. Then again, I'm a sucker for the whole "Who's on first" joke format in general, so maybe that explains it.
Interesting thing about The Splinter: Yes I agree with everything you said there, but I remember this one moment I actually thought was kind of charming. Its when spongebob first realizes he can't use his injured thumb to do his work so he ties his spatula to his nose and flips patties that way. They play seal sound effects over it and idk, I just thought that was a cute moment. But yeah, the rest of the episode is pretty hard to look at.

I would add The Card and Stuck in the Wringer, in general they're just meh episodes but the twisted morals they teach to children are horrible. Both episodes have disgusting morals about friendship that no children should be subjected to watch.

Ah, One Coarse Meal. An episode so infamous that the goddamn Wiki page on it lists it as horrible controversial but I just love that Doug Lawrence was also one of the writers. He helped write an abysmally horrendous plot and then acts as the focus character of that same episode. There's something beautifully hilarious about it to me.
One Coarse Meal legitimately induces trauma in me because when I was at a boarding (or residential) school with a number of physical abusers, my mental health got so bad I actually attempted suicide by laying down waiting for a car to run me over.
First off, I am so sorry that you had to struggle with those kinds of thoughts. I do encourage you to look up your local suicide hotline if you need someone to talk to about them at any point. Having little regard for suicide victims and those who struggle with such intent makes OCM my least favorite Spongebob episode. And then…Squidward tries to re-fuse with Spongebob, only for a bunch of people to fuse with Squidward and ending the episode on one of the most horrifying images I’ve seen as a child. I got actual nightmares from that one shot. Sorry for the long comment btw.
I got a question for you, Enter: You know Lynn from the Loud House, right? You know, *the* Lynn who's *always* competitive and egotistical over everything, and doesn't give a shit about her siblings or anyone being hurt, because she only does it anyway, just for her own amusement? Well, in Squirrel Jelly, Sandy acts *exactly* like Lynn! And during the end of the episode, she learns... absolutely nothing! Making the whole entire episode completely pointless! I mean, she doesn't even *apologize* to SpongeBob and Patrick in the end, and she doesn't even get *any* comeuppance, like at all. And to quote one of your famous quotes: What I'm *doing* is wrong, I *know* it's wrong, but I'm gonna do it anyway!
I have to say, you are one of my favorite youtubers of all time. The fact that you are constantly improving and can actually laugh at yourself says a lot, especially during this age where people think they have no problems and are perfect. Love you, Enter!

My Top 10 Worst: 1. One Course Meal 2. A Pal For Gary 3. Pet Sitter Pat 4. Choir Boys 5. The Splinter 6. SpongeBob, You’re Fired 7. Stuck In The Wringer 8. To Love A Patty 9. Yours Mine And Mine 10. Ink Lemonade
Patrick the game has 2 minutes of entertaning parts, but when we get to the actual game part of the episode, it goes downhill with SW getting over-the-top punishements like some pre-movie episodes(for example Club SB). The episode could been good if the SW torment was a bit lighter than what we got. What we got is SW getting arrested with a dangerous dude with him.(not to mention when they were playing the game) This episode is broken- It's like i'm watching a Plankton's plan episode, but with an octopus instead of a plankton! That's the reason "Sold!" is not as good as it could be. SB and Patrick destroying SW's house(again) as a punishment.
Pet Sitter Pat gets even worse when you remember that Patrick and Gary are canonically cousins, meaning that Patrick was tormenting and starving his own cousin
29:36 I lost one of my good friends to that right there, wish there was something I could’ve done to prevent it but…I just hate that episode and the writers behind it with a burning passion
Finally! I remember emailing him, asking him around a year ago about what his “Top 10 Worst SpongeBob Episodes” list would look like and what his “Top 10 Best SpongeBob Episodes” list would look like. So thank you for posting this.

I'm Less Bothered by Mrs. Puff trying to murder Spongebob, & more bothered that SPONGEBOB ACTUALLY DESERVED IT! THIS IS WHY PROTAGONIST-CENTERED MORALITY IS A BAD THING!!
I'm glad you made a list like this. Really shows how much changed since the old days, and your reviewing style definitely seems far less polarising and more pleasant to watch now. Good video. Keep it up!
I don't know how I feel about this new avatar. Something about it is just off. I don't know what it is. On another note. I still kind of like your old videos. But they aren't anywhere as good as they are now. Glad to see your growth over the years.
This would have been a good episode
Agreed. My only problem with it is that it kind of sounds like a ripoff of Squid’s Day Off, but that’s not horrible, given how that episode ended up. If anything, it could be like a role reversal of that episode.
It's really sad how youtube comments have better ideas than professional writers making a salary
@@pinkiemeowstic89 That's a good rewrite that builds on the complex relationship they have
You make a good point about the Squidward torture episodes - if the victim doesn't feel deserving then the whole thing is just sadistic and uncomfortable. Yosemite Sam was actually created to be a more evil nemesis for Bugs Bunny, since the creators felt that Elmer Fudd was too childlike and stupid - it often felt like Bugs was bullying a mentally disabled guy.
Huh, interesting.
@@theanti-her0x Can work you mean?
@@byronsenior6499 hey’s saying that it is possible for someone to be tormented to work, but it needs to be written well and they shouldn’t put too much emphasis on the pain the victim goes through.
Old Shame: All of the cast members, including Mr. Lawrence, who co-wrote this episode, really disliked how "One Coarse Meal" turned out. Clancy Brown even stated he felt uncomfortable while reading some of Mr. Krabs' lines in this episode (because he didn’t like Krabs being the villain) or at least, being more of a jerk than usual.

Here's a better plot for "Spongebob, You're Fired!":
After being fired from the other restaurants, SpongeBob realizes the Chum Bucket is his only option now.
Now that right there would have at least made the episode passable
true... but it would also be inconsistent. Also... spongebob is very loose with canon, only harkoning back to it when it feels like it. hmm...
@@humanimalhedgehog123 Tbf you could argue in this scenario Plankton doesn’t want this golden opportunity to slip and tries to make spongebob as a comfortable as possible but even than that’s pushing it
I feel like tha tplot would work a bit better if we see Mr. Krabs considering firing spongebob over a nickel before he goes to sleep.

Ideas for funny suicide jokes, off the top of my head that fit this show:
1. Plankton tries to jump off a cliff, and promptly floats gently down, back and forth: "Curse underwater physics." He grumbles.
2. Plankton tries to convince a shark to eat him. "Come on, buddy, didn't you hear? Plankton is great for the skin!" And the shark just backs away uncomfortably while Plankton yells that he's spineless (the joke being that sharks don't really have actual bones)
3. Plankton tries to blow himself up in his lab, but Karen accidentally short circuits the power, leaving Plankton annoyed and standing in the dark.
4. Plankton tries to drown himself in Goo Lagoon and finds that he weighs so little that he just floats on top of whatever that stuff is and again, "Curse underwater physics."
By this point, his irritation at his failures could be spurring him to want to live again, if only to spite himself and he then goes on to take adequate revenge on Krabs. Or something. I dunno. Any of these are better than what they did
I don't think the shark one would work cause that is the plot of one coarse meal
@@azzzanadra I figured it's funnier method of this idea that wouldn't necessarily have to be for that specific episode. This is just ideas I thought of to make the topic funny
Those were all pretty funny. Would make a good running gag
I think the best variation was said by Pieguyrulez. Have Plankton intentionally jump into Pearl’s mouth for him to find out it’s a fake
The only problem is, the plot is way too dark for a kids show. Like I’d get it if it was a random joke from a side character, but basing a plot off of Plankton trying to end himself just… feels very wrong.
"He was lying down in the road, a real way people try to commit suicide"
Last Christmas, I saw a homeless guy lying in the road. He was later helped and questioned by authorities and was likely trying to off himself. Which is sad.

Nice.

I think the only episode where the Krusty Krab wasn't completely fucked was the one where Krabs told spongebob to take a vacation and patrick replaced him. not only showing that not only can the Krusty Krab survive without Spongebob but also that Patrick could be just as good a frycook as spongebob.

You’ve improved so much in literally every aspect. I used to watch your old Animated Atrocities back in the day, and they’re what got me into cartoon criticism in the first place. I also love the little jabs you make at your past self, it’s really funny and lighthearted. Love this new review :)
Whenever Patrick is Unfunny, I just play that clip where he's struck by Lightning
If it's Mr Krabs who acts up, just play him getting Eaten
And if it's SpongeBob torturing Squidward or being Annoying, I play him getting pranked by Squidward
And for me at least, whenever it’s Sandy, I’d use that one scene from Pressure where her lung cracks off.
Or what about that one clip of where Patrick is hit by DoodleBob's drawn bowling ball and wrench? It's both a classic and it's cathartic when you need it, not to mention it's also funny
@@RandomDragonEXE FINLAND!
*unfunny.

You actually summed it up better than my comment did. Nice work and well played.

A lotta callbacks in this episode. Enter’s doing some self reflection?

10. Worst Short. At least in Pat No Pay, at least stuff happens. In Waiting, NOTHING HAPPENS!
9. I still think Fun Sized Friends and Ink Lemonade are worse, but this episode is still really bad. It did not need to be 16 minutes. Also, this wasn't the first episode where Sandy is OOC, that would be Rodeo Daze.
8. Overhated, It's just boring for me

19:30 Literally the ONE episode where she deserved to get arrested, she doesn't get arrested lol
It’s been too long since Enter made a “Because potatoes” joke. I’m feeling nostalgic with that more than the episodes he previously reviewed.

I like the references to your old content you threw in:
Looking way too deep into Breath of Fresh Squidward or The Card - The top episode of his Squidward Torture Porn and Patrick is a Pricks episodes respectively, in which Mr Enter rants about issues that are extrapolated from afterthought lines
Derailing review to yell about dog - In the aforementioned The Card review, Mr Enter mentioned how it much it sucks that he named his dog after a character he no longer likes
People being turned off from the show due to an episode like Spongehenge - Spongehenge is the episode that made Pieguyrulz (who also just made a video referencing his years-old content) stop watching
I'm surprised I caught these despite having not watched those videos im years
Me too. XD
Also, the "Oh, Ok" is from a MLP YTP.
I would add The Card and Stuck in the Wringer, in general they're just meh episodes but the twisted morals they teach to children are horrible. Both episodes have disgusting morals about friendship that no children should be subjected to watch.
I'd replace The Card with Yours Mine and Mine
Stuck in the Wringer is probably the 3rd worst Sponge Bob Episode. Mermaid Man says; 🥊 Buy more Cards!

Season 6-8 was the dark Age of spongebob
1. Episode quality was terrible.
2. Boring stories
3. Mean spirted stories
4. The characters were flanderize so badly.
Spongebob went from Friendly Neighbor to straight up Obessive stalker to Squidward, which makes Squidward even more sympathetic then he was before, Spongebob is also a Bad Pet owner to Gary, Not Beliving anything He is seeing in A Pal for Gary, Mr. Krabs' protectiveness over the formula is taken to far when He terrifies Plankton with a Whale Suit, and Patrick became the most unlikable Character, becoming a horrible friend to spongebob and he became very Lethal, even going as Far as to Putting Gary un danger.

@The Montages thanks for your apology. It’s just that I have been repeatedly bothered by this annoying Brady person who you reminded me of. But are you him?
@The Montages thanks for explaining that. The reason I guessed you might be him is because not only does he keep telling me to tell him the name of every song used in a video, but he ends all of them with that same “thanks for answering” comment.

@Brady And The Darkness I’m not going to waste hours of my life trying to figure out what multiple music tracks are in a video I didn’t make! You promised you’d stop bugging me about this!
And the reason it's happening doesn't even make much sense; Plankton has met Pearl before so it's distracting that he's reacting that way.

When you where talking about One Corse Meal, i nearly had a panic attack when I figured the background music was from Bejeweled 3
Pet Sitter Pat gets even worse when you remember that Patrick and Gary are canonically cousins, meaning that Patrick was tormenting and starving his own cousin
