Afgelopen vrijdagmiddag reed ik vermoeid van een week werk naar huis toen ik op Radio 1 voor het eerst van mijn leven van jou hoorde. Ik weet nog dat ik dacht wat is dat nu voor een zelfverzekerde kip totdat je begon te spelen. Thuis voor de deur aangekomen kon ik niet meteen uitstappen want je hield me in de greep met Händel sonates en z'n chaconne. Wauw wat ben ik blij dat je ontdekt heb en tegelijkertijd deze stukken van Händel introduceert. Daria hier wordt ik erg blij van en de manier waarop je Händel speelt vindt ik weergaloos!. Dank je voor je prachtige spel.

Heel goed gespeeld, met veel enthousiasme en gevoeligheid. Komt dicht in de buurt van de beste uitvoering die ik ken, die van Murray Perahia. Trouwens, deze uitvoering klinkt beter, energieker, dan op haar Handel CD.

Complete bliss like Plato's androgynous myth when someone at last finds their missing part and experience an extreme joy. The fourth part is the realisation that nothing lasts. Love is short-lived. This dance will soon become a cherished memory, then just a forgotten romance. But then comes the last part. It's our divine part .Let's not get broken down.Let's overcome bitterness. Let's contribute beauty and kindness to this world : Cathedrals, paintings, songs, books or just smiles and a helping hand....
