A true bodybuilding icon! I have been following him since I was a teenager and he was the reason I started my fitness journey. His workout videos were inspiring to me. I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was nowhere near as it should've been. I have always eaten 'just enough' thinking it would be sufficient. My first real diet plan taught me the lesson. I remember getting it online from a website (Next Level Diet I guess), but somehow it helped me gain a few pounds in my first month of using it. Surely it wasn't all pure muscle, but I was happier than ever.
This is perfectly timed. Literally going through a similar back issue right now. Been trying to get back into squats and have reinjured myself twice. Even with light weight. Miss squats like crazy.
hey simeon. i also had lowerback pain from doing squats and doing heavy bentoverrows until i realized i had a weak core. i went back to the basics and inplimented weighted training. now my squats and bentover row strength are stronger than ever. sick workout, love the content😄
Sorry about the injury! This is a much needed video I’ve been waiting for though, as someone with mild Cerebral Palsy I always have to find alternatives to many leg workouts but definitely workouts for squats. I really appreciate this.
I love this because I Work hard to grow my quads but my lower back also hurts from a injury years ago. I have learned to work around it safely and use other exercises to build the legs! Love it 👌🏻❤️
@Simeon Panda Hope all is well with you, I haven’t watched you for quite a while. First thing I noticed is how you’ve grown naturally as a person how you’ve filled out and how your a bit more comfortable talking on camera, that ain’t easy I know myself. What car has your attention lately….?
welcome to the club, i snapped my shit up years ago haven't been able to do a proper squat or deadlift since. I've been massively procrastinating on finding an expert ostheo or chiro to see if it helps and I've all together given up on actual heavy 225lbs+ squats and deadlifts. I try to stretch now a lot. my lower back cracks and i can tell there's something uneven between my left and right legs like one side is constantly in a flex position pulling on my glutes and quads. The stretching definitely helps but doesn't resolve the issue. Other than a professional , the only other possible solution i see is to completely stop training for 6-12months minimum and only stretch to loosen everything up to the max then come back and build up from scratch but who has the guts to go through all that lol....
lower back pain i can relate :D thanks bro. i have experience i knew this exercises . but if you are new to that problem(lower back pain) this is great workout to follow.
Saved and will watch later, I’ve got good leg strength but I don’t have the confidence in my knees to squat more than 150kg (body weight around 80kg) but I want to build some proper muscle on my legs so this will be great for me.
Wish my gym had more unique leg machines. I’m stuck with the basics. And with a fused L5-S1 spine….. squats are 1000% out of the question. Blew the disk at 22 in the squat cage. Surgery at 34.
Man, that's scares even myself when doing squats. My coach would force me to do heavier and heavier weight which at some point I just can lift it anymore... The pain is real. Therefore, I would never attempt to push myself too much like anyone else who believe the muscle s will grow better and faster when doing so. When shit happen, you are the one who suffers the consequences... Not your coach, gym friend etc...
Bro I have patellar tendinitis on my left knee, what do you recommend I do for legs? I’ve been neglecting them and I don’t want to keep doing that. Thanks
If you want to become stronger and more massive with push-ups, then welcome. I will show you the best and most effective home workout methods. Welcome.
What helps it is to give it time to heal but that's hard to do when you love that particular workout exercise and routine. It doesn't feel right to sit on the side waiting for something to heal lol its terrible, I'm dealing with something similar a feeling of a tore muscle feeling in my right glute and I haven't squatted in a week now its irritating. I've tried to go back at doing the squats and it started hurting and getting worse every rep so I stopped and I was pissed. I've done a work-around the sit down kick machine and leg curl so I won't irritate ma ass muscle but its not the same intensity or results
Might I suggest to the videographer to keep the camera steady, there's NO need to follow the movement of the guys when training, just makes me dizzy watching the video and ironically you get a worse view of the exercises. I do understand it can be hard to frame up the shot in a gym situation but a tripod setup should do well enough.
my question is the knee's yes the lower back is Important to keep safe but my knees r shot all those lunges and squat movements are stressful on the knees

Rep range 6-15 ? Quite a big difference. What would you recommend for growing quads?
First sets are 15 and work your way down with heavier weight.
Simple.
No big difference at all, it’s called pyramid
Right does make more sense now. Weight progress less reps cheers
I thought recently that his leg isn't as good as before when I saw his leg workouts in Instagram.
Yepp buddy .
Use any machine which can support ur back while squating
my question is the knee's yes the lower back is Important to keep safe but my knees r shot all those lunges and squat movements are stressful on the knees
