    Thx for the workout, felt great. I Was having some problems squating because I have long femeur, causing me to lean alot to the front. I just changed the order, I really like to have leg extensions in the final to destroys my legs 😂. And merry Christmas btw 💪🏼

    I got the perfect machine for squats it's a resistance machine not many things I can do for legs I do one leg leg extensions usually towards end
