Hello Princess!!!! Thank you so much for this video, you have no idea how many I have watched ... and still could not tell the difference between the Exotica and the Silver Splash. But now I know ... it's all in the silver edge of the leaf for sure :)
This is great! I’ve always had a hard time differentiating between the varieties. I’ve seen the pix like you inserted but it’s hard to get a feel for leaf size. I would not have known the splash is a larger leaf for instance. Thank you!
Your welcome! Yes it is especially hard to differentiate when buying or looking at online photos. In person you can get a better feel for leaf size texture pattern etc but when I was looking to buy certain varieties online it’s so hard to tell with a picture and so many people miss label or use names interchangeably! The silver satin is super hard to come across because everyone calls them all silver satin or silver Pothos not knowing that it’s an actual variety of its own so when you go to buy them online it’s so hard to tell in pics if it’s actually the silver satin or if it’s the exotica but I finally came across a 1 leaf cutting that I could tell in the pic that it was an actually silver satin or silver splash so I just figured I’d rather spend a little more and just get a cutting and have the plant I want than to keep buying plants labeled silver satin and not actually being the one I want. But they are all so gorgeous I cannot wait to get a silver lady!!
Mine too! You can fertilize from the bottom as well. Just mix it in with your watering water as you would normally do water from the bottom as normal and it will suck up the fertilizer water just the same as if it was just plain old water! Thanks so much for watching!
I propagate the same way I do with a Pothos. I cut in between leaves making sure there is a node with a leaf attatched and propagate in leca. Water propagation hasn’t worked well for me with scindapsus for some reason. My experience has been they rotted when I put them in water so I now use leca and they propagate nicely!

I watched your video a second time because I bought a plant recently that was supposed to be an Exotica but it looks like a Silver Splash to me, I think. Is there a way I could send you a picture of it compared to the plant I bought from this same lady before that is an Exotica? I would love to know your opinion. The leaves are pretty big and the plant is trailing so I can see how someone could get them mixed up.
From what I know or have read, researched etc the Trebie is the same as the exotica. If there is a difference or if it’s a different variety I’m unaware. Hope this helps thanks so much for watching!

Yw. Yea idk why two names. There are so many plants that do have multiple names or are referred to by multiple names which makes it so confusing for us lol
@@NailzByA Indeed; not the first time I bought twice the same plant; 2nd time it appeared to be the "commercial" name for the same plant. FI Sansevieria Kirkii Coppertone and S.Star Canyon Granite. 🙂

what about sc.p.Trebie? Is this another variety? What's the difference with the others?
