Nice house! Beautiful location! I learned the hard way. In Africa most living is outdoors. I grossly overbuilt my house into a giant place. Wishing I had done a modest house because all we do is sleep in the house. Outdoors, on the beach otherwise. Start out small in Ghana it's always easy to add space with the flexible building / permitting standards. The comments on security / workers habit sounded very familiar 🙄

    • @benbo7042
      @benbo7042 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

You are absolutely right. Most people spend time outdoors mostly. They come home in the evenings. When you travel outside the bigger cities, most people will spend their time on their farms ,if they are not at work.

I am seriously considering moving outside of the US in my retirement. My family are originally from Trinidad and St. Kitts & Nevis. I LOVE Nevis, and have visited many, many times...but I am starting to consider Ghana. I will have a pretty good retirement income, even if I decided to stay in the US. I will be using these next few years to visit Ghana. I am curious though, what is the health care system like in Ghana? I am 51 years old now, and in relatively good health. I have high blood pressure (but what Black man in the West doesn't?) but, predictably, as I get older, I am sure my health will begin to decline as is the state of man.. My only concern is the quality of medical care in the locations that hold my heart in the world...

    • @yawos9024

Love this builder , ohhh I am happy Amosa your found @ beautiful job.
Yes this man is a goldmine . Now you waiting for this saucy senior in America 🇺🇸 to write this book.
Want to hear my perspective. I love love love 💕 what your doing. The woman say smaller is better see their helping you adjust. Women say most a Ghanaian spend most time out side. Ok now let’s observe this Queen’s helpful perspective. This is important her vision is probably true. Village people do love outdoors. There are some more Queen’s with other perspectives also.
I know their busy working ect.
For my perspective I like to be respectful, kindly say these words to my brothers. I love everything your family is doing. now please Don’t hate my message. I not a citizen of the continent. So I could be all wrong. My daughter’s came fir first time to have the experiences of the beautiful Ghanaian lifestyle. She love it . Coming back next year . She a working mom.
Want too hear more from saucy American senior. You know I don’t the country rules or how to do there. From my experience in America this what they do. No home goes up without a road. Yes thanks 🙏 to 400 years of free labor slavery from my ancestors. I’m not mad because if I’m resentful because of that traumatic experience . I loss the blessings of god.
I not saying it was right / wrong however pain on others comes with consequences . I no judgment no condemnation no criticism. Just compassionate everyone.
Want to hear more . Read on maybe last time I give free information. Time consuming laborious 😥.
taught my family a lesson gave me some gifts and I not giving back my birthrights.
Yes he gets labors brothers from the nearby community of the culture. If those workers only work three days and not come . Why is project not a long career for them to plan a life. So they see no hope ,back to lay up in the bushes with women to heal his crying 😢 pain. We have to do better for our men . Yes he needs stability from his brothers. If not from us then who ?
China not coming back off the main roads. Eurocentric not coming to the bush. It has to be us.
The solar energy system excellent. That water tank was on the ground so questionable. The future for the road to the main network is a major project that must be addressed maybe a shared expense for every home sold.
Yes the local community need your intellectual help builder. Set up a compassionate company for the locals just doing roads. A 5-10 year project for stability in work that gives security . Hey these men will be getting married there will be new babies new markets jobs. You know how to Create beautiful 🤩 for women. Roads bring in monies and keeps that money build school. Playgrounds football 🏈. The Olympics need new talent every year. All that fresh air grandma good leafy vegetables all chemicals free food .
Start slow with the company collect little monies start a YT ask for donations until you get stronger. People can relate to you your very articulate sir. Sorry to be creating you a new job but your young stop to much times in bedroom . Yes African educated medical doctor he say he can heal every disease with food. He say only to sharpen the tool use once a month . This old women believe yes less it make you get laziness to come on to you. 😂 😂
getting stuck twice is always a transportation problem for the women & children safety. School work and to market husband needs his family safety taking care of. Yes women must not stress with a silly thing as a road .
Yes she is the Queen that makes life magical. Roads equal safety for everyone deliveries taxi. Maybe this is a community job for all the neighborhoods that will use it. Yes this cost if divided with each piece of land cost up front everyone pay no excuses. Go now create that road contracting company Ehhh that builds roads in your community yes maybe with some government percentage to help out.
Some rocks melt some plastic use some trees to frame it . Lol 😂 work with the women .
do something for women children safety medical services .
it could help women wanting to move their.

I love your videos. Thank you for always getting the owners to breakdown cost for us. Even though I know prices have changed, we still have a general estimate of how the prices were calculated. Just wondering if you could tell the location of the land and if there is any more available.

**********People are fools to be building in Ghana. You all should review the video of the Jamaican woman that was done so wrong attempting to get a home built in Ghana. The developers on down to her legal team dogged her out. It is not about "be careful", but rather about "don"t do it". Too many in the Diaspora has been ripped off. This video is probably staged so let us not be stupid.

What a smart young man! I must tell you, he's on top of the money. why steel is not used through all blocks? why concrete is not poured inside the blocks? Does Ghana have hurricanes and volcanoes?
