Why do you need Wawa boards for the profiling these boards are very expensive so as a builder in other to help your clients reduce some unnecessary cost you can help by soliciting these boards from friends or old projects for the starting column? Wawa boards are expensive and you can easily use 2x2 lumber just for the setting out.
My advice get some used boards that you can use for at least 5 or more clients depending on how you use it. Then during the continuous columns the new boards for those columns and also for the lentil, beam and all the top columns.
I believe the first thin to be done should be the a soil test.
That is the most important part of a construction project. Moisture Content Test is a very important test for building construction. This will determine the kind of foundation and footing concrete you’ll be doing as a builder or engineer.

It all depends on if you can find good builders and labors. Because l been in Ghana 2 years and the building times here depends on your ability to pay for everything you need to complete a build. I seen places start building but takes a few years to complete.

Such a great detailed video. Thanks. Just adding that you will also need to buy supplies such as wheelbarrows, shovels, pickaxe and the likes especially if it is your first build.
Also buying some materials such as sand, stone, iron rods in bulk if you can afford it and you’ll need them in the near future, is not a bad idea especially with prices going up weekly.
I've always bought multiple loads of sand and stone and I'm just now realizing it was such a good idea because I have ran out of sand and I can't get any to purchase due to the recent flooding and collapsing of bridges in Cape Coast. So now we just have to wait...I was on site today and not a single drop of sand on site for tomorrow.

At the edges and the centre on the building.
You can also place them on the entire footing work.
