Made this last night with the cream cheese filling and cherry pie filling. Very yummy but I have suggestions. Hope this helps others. 1. Cooking time will depend. My convection oven was set at 350° and 30 minutes was too long.. Next time I'll check it at 20 minutes and adjust time as needed. 2. The dough was not as sweet as I thought it should have been despite the sweetness of the cherry filling. I'll add to the sugar &/or sprinkle Sugar in the Raw on top before baking. 3. Few bakers talk about the humidity in your home and how it effects bread making. My house is quite dry so this dough needed more moisture as do my breads that also need more water than the recipes call for). I added milk to this recipe til the texture matched your vid, a Tbs at a time. 4. Mixing. I used my hands. It was messy but much easier than the spoon; my bench scraper was v handy. 5. The cherry filling is heavy so twisting the ends didn't work well but that didn't effect the look or taste.
Hi Valentina, I love your recipe; I would like to know if we can leave out the cream cheese and jam out of the loaf and would the loaf still be sweet and soft?

C Venza, we have not tested this recipe without adding the sweet filling, so we do not know how it would alter the results!
Do we have to use a raspberry filling?

You can use just about any filling. :)
