These blueberry buns are one of the most delicious buns you have ever tried. Delicate, soft, fluffy butter dough with blueberry filling taste incredibly delicious. Crumble topping adds even more milky taste. You can eat them on breakfast or sweet lunch alternative. ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS
Yeast starter:
2 tbs flour
30g fresh yeast
1 tbs sugar
50 ml milk
Dough:
500g flour
200 ml milk
2 large eggs
3 tbs sugar
100g butter
Crumble topping:
100g flour
30g sugar
50g soft butter
FRESH BLUEBERRIES
Sugar icing (optionally):
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 tbs lemon juice
