Just a word of caution, the alternator output is only 9Amps tops. for reliability you should never expect the alternator to run at the rated 9amps continuously..NFPA 1901 standards for vehicle electrics state that you keep 25% headroom. If you use the starter motor a lot, that runs down the battery and with two fans running you're not putting much charge back into the battery. I would suggest you add a battery connection to trickle charge the battery when not in use to keep it topped up. Other than that I really love how you did the rear cover hinge and locks.
Cooling fans for sure. Mine gets too hot in the engine bay. I can't touch the panels and when I opened the gas cap the E10 was boiling off the Ethanol.
Take your throttle cable loose from where it is and move it . Use the conduit clamp holding you choke cable . Put the throttle cable on top and the choke on the bottom Drill a small hold in the throttle leaver (the one above the choke leaver) and run the cable through a cable clamp, through the hole , and back through the clamp Slide the throttle control to near full open. Adj the throttle conduit so that the throttle is full open Doing this will give you about 2/3 of the control leaver from full slow to full speed. instead of about 1 inch of movement This will help you find the sweet spot of power, easier for most any job

Great idea on the hinges, pay for itself very quickly even when just installing the fans!
