    Easy to follow and I feel ready to play tennis now! I did the post tennis poses yesterday and feel so much better today! )Was having issues with shoulder and lower back). Thank you!

      That's great! Both the pre-tennis and post-tennis stretches are great to do anytime whether it's a tennis day or not. I have a video called "Stretches for Golfers" that I think is a great stretch for anyone and everyone. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.
