I was there, this was right after whiplash! Second song of the set! Creeping Death was on double deck!
THE BANDS ENERGY WAS INSANE 🤘🤘🤘
Man, kirks solo was something else
This has to be one of the best US crowds I’ve seen recently. I wish the Birmingham show a couple years ago had this kind of energy.

I love the timing changes in this song ❤
One of their greatest song!
Metallica..the gift that keeps on giving.
I got to say that's as close as a perfect performance of the classic song. I've heard them play it many times with this lineup and usually solid but this is the best one. Played this on my sound system and kept finding myself turning it up every 10 seconds 😆 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

I WAS THERE. Best live show ever!!!
My favorite Metallica song, fast paced and the solos and riffs are amazing. Love Metallica🤘🤘
Ride the Lightning album was my first encounter with Metallica back in the mid 80's. Then four decades later, seeing Hetfield-Hammett-Ulrich-Trujillo still plays it with tenacity after their two great bassists left the band struck me with awe. Metallica is truly awesome!
I will NEVER forget my mother-in-law rocking out to this in her new car & then the look on her face when I told her "Flip the switch of death" ? "Ride the Lightning" ? Strapped in the ELECTRIC CHAIR? Her face was absolutely PRICELESS XD
I was there, best concert experience ive ever fucking had. Recently got my sister into Metallica, hope i can take her to see them on their M72 tour 🤘🤘
Was at this show with my daughter (14) and she loved Metallica! We had such a great time and I am hopeful that through my daughter and the even younger kids I saw there that Metallica’s music will live forever! I mean they are immortal and will live forever though, right?!🤘🤣🤘
One of the sickest riffs of all time
