The combination of these ingredients is usually served hot straight from fire no need to roll it . Eworkple is often served with a tasty Anchovies Stew known as Abobi Tadi /Agbametadi and Kalami

    This is how to prepare Eworkple and abobi tadi
    INGREDIENTS
    - Corn flour
    - Salt.
    - Water
    - Abobi(anchovies)
    - Green pepper
    - Onions
    - Ginger(optional)
    - Fresh tomatoes
    how to 
    * Mix a portion of corn flour and water in a bowl to make cornmeal solution
    * On a medium heat, boil some water with a pinch of salt.
    * Add cornmeal mixture to boiling water, let it boil for 5 mins to make cornmeal porridge
    * Once cooked pour some of the cornmeal porridge into a bowl and set aside for later.
    * Next, add a substantial amount of corn flour to the portion of cornmeal porridge in the pan.
    * Stir with a wooden spatula consistently getting rid of lumps. Do this for 5 minutes
    * Add some cornmeal porridge you set aside to reduce thickness
    * Cover and let steam cook food for 5 mins your Eworkple is ready
    * In an earthware (Asanka) add fresh pepper ,tomatoes onions, ginger and salt and grind till you get a smooth consistency
    * Wash your abobi (anchovies)with salt and water
    * Place your frying pan on fire
    * On a medium heat pour in a little vegetable
    * Add your washed abobi to the oil n stir fry for 5. Mins
    * Add veggies (optional)
    * Mixed the stir fried anchovies to the grinded pepper
    Your food is ready yummy 😋
