Hi, thanks for sharing. How is ewodeme made? What is the difference between amokple and ewodeme. Does adding the cassava dough at the beggining or mixing stage and during the cooking make the akple taste or feel different?
Hi thanks for watching. Yeah the different methods of preparation gives different tastes. I have the video on the ewordeme kple too u can check it out .
What are these called: corn FLOUR mixed with cassava DOUGH before cooking, Corn DOUGH mixed with cassava DOUGH before cooking & corn FLOUR cooked halfway and cassava FLOUR added?
Is the corn flour fermented? Is it a bleached corn flour? Can you use wet fermented corn dough to it?.if yes how? Thanks
It is just the normal corn/ maize that has been mill to make the flour , it is not bleached and not fermented. You can use fermented corn dough and cassava dough to make some, but it is also a different type of Akple call amorkple / banku .
@@EatwithEdem okay thank you!

What are the 10 types? I only know a few types
Anything storable is call Akple.
Morlukple ( riceballs)
Eworkple
Amorkple
Wordemekple
Dzenkple
Ayikple
Agbelimorkple
Galikple etc
Nice, but use a pot to the amount of ewor or akpe u are cooking. Your pot is too big.
