    what i HATE about these modern apartments is how tiny the living areas are. I can live with a small kitchen, being in Manhattan, and having all the take out options. But, look at that living space - not even enough to fit a couch ... Lets say if 2 of you live there, i guess you can fit. But what if you invite more than 2 people over? that's it - no space, they will need to sit on bar stools in the kitchen. It's terrible for that amount of money.

      @HolicChan ปีที่แล้ว

      If you need something cheap don’t live in NYC, when I lived in NYC the cheapest rent I found was 3800 divided by 2 people because I had a roommate. So it was 1900 a month. Queens is decent though, when I had 2 roommates we found a place for 750 each, and it was an entire house. I currently own a home that I pay 670 a month for, 3 beds 1.5 baths and guess what, I can sell it whenever I want. Apartments are just burning money, buying a home is an investment because you can sell it later. Apartment is just burning money. I can’t believe I paid thousands of dollars to share a wall with other people.

    Beautiful place. Loved both bedrooms. The wood floors were amazing. And with the floor to ceiling windows you can see Godzilla coming!😁 Another great place Cash!

    I think it would be fun to see you go to Pattaya Thailand and do walk arounds of the apartments with their crazy amenities and gigantic pools next to the beach for 1/20th the cost of this apartment.

    It is a nice apartment but $9000 a month. Really? That's 7 months rent for me here in Chicago in a nice tree lined neighborhood with a backyard and garden. And the 34th floor? Think Towering Inferno. No thanks. I'll stay closer to the ground.

    For $9k/month you could buy a brownstone in Brooklyn with 4-5 floors and a backyard. This apartment should be $6k/month MAX!!

    Location is excellent but I don't like the billboards...too much light at night. The apartment is really nice! but not affordable to the regular person.

    This is basic? It has pretty much all the bells and whistles, quite nice if you're income is $360,000/year. I note that, like some other luxury apartments and houses, the bathtub is in front of a full-length window. Great for giving your neighborhood voyeur a treat - or a shock - depending.

    Err, umm Cash this is not a basic apartment man! It's in a great part of town and is bright and well laid out. I'm not a fan of monochrome as it feels clinical but I can't afford to live there so what does it matter. Thanks.

    $8,000 a month, plus light bill, cable/WiFi bill, gas bill, renters insurance definitely needed, cellphone bill, grocery bill, miscellaneous bills, health insurance if not provided by your job. You need to have at least $11-$12,000 a month to live to have this apartment. OK cash OK

    I like your channel. But, your channel is about what? Finding a habitable spot in NYC, more specifically, Manhattan. Your channel does not answer a more fundamental question. Why would you want to live in NYC, more specifically, Manhattan? What does NYC have that another city in America does not have? (Of course, your channel also expresses what "great" accommodations there are for millions of dollars. But that is just an infatuation. The more fundamental question is why would you want to live in NYC/Manhattan?) I look forward to episodes on that.)

    so it has 3 bathrooms, I'm assuming 1 .5 bath for guests. 1300 sq ft for $2.5 mill not sure if it's worth it but maybe as an investment? $9000 a month for rent is crazy, glad I don't live in NY. If you pay cash and rent out for $9000 a month then your cost is about half that per month not including in insurance and any other incidental costs like repairs and HOA.

    Nice… if you want to live in a hotel in midtown, lousy with tourists. I’ll take my 1300 ft rent stabilized in the far more interesting Sugar Hill. Come on up, Cash!
