One piece of advice for someone that got both Gold symbols in Emerald and SS: search on Bulbapedia the text messages the employee says before facing a trainer and that would help you decide if you want to change a Pokémon. Also, it's best to pick walls at the beginning so you can study your opponent's pokémon, they're easy to trade for good pokemon later on. And the best types you can have are Dragon, Fighting ans Steel; they are hard to beat by the CPU.
Palmer is gonna have fun in the DP remakes when he finds out electric types can’t be paralyzed with moves like thunder wave Same for Dahlia with her status moves

OMG! How did I forget about the Battle Tower in my Soul Silver game? Oh right. I suck at that place ever since Crystal. Even when I send out legendary pokemon back then, they still get one-shotted. I never got to the boss battles and gave up. The only place I was kinda good at was the Battle Hall, but never got to the 10th win.
Apparently this wasn't needed in ORAS, BDSP, or SV. The battle frontier being in Emerald, Platinum, and HGSS is just peak, esp in HGSS. 16 Gyms, two regions, a final super boss, safari zone, 5 frontier brains? Sucks that modern pokemon games will never live up to HGSS standards. Even though BW2 didn't have a battle frontier, it gave us the PWT, which I love just as much. Gamefreak, step up your game man...

I'm so confused by the order of attacks you're using. With Darach you used sunny day and then overheat that lowered your special attack on a water type. Even though you have solar beam that can be used instantly and you had the speed advantage and it wouldn't lower your stats

I hit my THIRD Dragon Rush, OHKOing it. Milotic was a bit of a different story. I did hit a fourth time, but the Ice Beam OHKO’s Garchomp. My last Pokémon was my Jolteon, and I bank on Charge Beam, my strongest Electroc type move on him. It CRITS and I KO the Milotic. saved it on my Vs Recorder. I could post it...

Man, Thorton barely stood a chance against your Huntail, Huntail would’ve 2-hit KO’d the last 2 of Thorton’s Pokemon had it not been for Houndoom having a Focus Sash! Though that is smart, to have a Focus Sash and the Counter attack.
About Getting the Silver Print you must Challenge at least 21 trainer and the Gold one 49. Only Argenta is different. You must challenge 50 trainer with each of them having a single pokémon for Silver Print and then 170 for the gold print.
Argenta should’ve went with Hyper Beam right off the bat with Regice, it’s accuracy is much better than Blizzard, which missed TWICE in a row, AND Blizzard is not very effective against Typhlosion!

Empoleon is part steel so both moves are neutral. Overheat has the stab and Sun bonus so much more damage, solar beam likely wouldn't have KOed
