the way how team rocket releases their pokemon are more emotional than Ash's crew. in an alternate show, Jessie and James could have been the main protagonists. Bye bye Butterfly was a touching episode but releasing wheezing and arbok was the saddest moment in the original pokemon

I think factoring in each of the Pokemon's battling history is a bit unfair, considering that their losses were mainly caused by Jesse and James's incompetence as Pokemon trainers.

Also, it would be amazing for Ash and Goh to be walking around in the woods or something, and in the background you see 2 Victreebel jumping around for a second, or an episode about the Magikarp salesman, I need one of those two things to happen! I agree with every single word, especially about Team Rocket in BW. There was no Wobbuffet, they aren't comedic at all, and their Pokemon are just Gacha mons that don't leave, which makes them worse.

Ok personally i feel as if carnivine should've gotten slightly more praise, especially because, 1. It DEMOLISHED dawn's mamoswine once, and 2. That one moment in the Iron Islands arc was probably one of the better moments in the show.
I don't even remember either of those moments haha. But Carnivine is relatively low considering how high I have their other DP Pokémon, so maybe I was too hard on it

Always loved Lickitung ever since he easy peasy beat Pikachu in their first battle. :D So sad, they didn't show it more often, so sad they didn't make more use of it and so sad it was never as strong as in the princessepisode. I know TR never train their pokémon but those creatures go from powerful to weak within very few episodes. Favorite would be Cacnea.
Very true. Seviper was basically unbeatable in its first episode, then dropped off a lot. After that, sometimes it was strong, but other times, not so much
Funny enough I edited it all today lol. Many hours dumped into editing it today that's for sure. I like Mareanie and Mimikyu too, but they just don't have the same resumes as some of the older Pokémon from DP and before in my opinion. Every Pokémon in like the 17 or so are all awesome!

I alwas wondered how there beloved Pokémon do within the headquarter. I mean one episode James could hardly part way with Inkay or Mime Jr. and the other day they have to leave them at HQ for no reason (in-universe) as to have them back to the roots. Maybe the Pokémon are being mistreted and JJM finally turn agains TR at the end of the anime, when ever this will happen. XD But I think Pokémon wont be succsesful for ever.
It is kind weird how differently things can go for Team Rocket's Pokémon. They either get a very emotional send off, or they're just gone, lost at HQ forever without any fanfare

That would kind of defeat the purpose of them releasing them at the end of SM in my opinion. They wanted Mimikyu and Mareanie to stay with Bewear and Stufful, so idk why they would take them back now. Visiting would be cool though!

one of the pokemon who has almost defeated ash was mimikyu , if pikachu hadn't learned electroweb in exact time and also gets his exclusive z move , it was sure that ash was going to loose team rocket , also it has its exclusive z move and mareine was also so stronge actually , it was also the first pokemon to defeat ash team (pikachu and rowlet)as along with mimikyu giving them their first victory against ash and the fact that it was able to break wobbaffet's mirror coat was so amaging ( in movie 18 , even giratina's shadow ball was not enough to break its mirror coat)
I Wish James kept Growlie with him when he joined Team Rocket it could've been great seeing Growlie travel with all the other regions with james except Unova because of Giovanni's orders of not wanting Jessie and James to have non Unova Pokemon except Meowth for some reason because it would've have been nice seeing james have use a fire type pokemon against Ash and Friends and would've been sweet seeing Growlie interacted Carnivine the other pokemon james had a kid because i can picture them being friends and stuff.
First, thank god you skipped over the lights in EP038. I get terrified whenever I see them. Second, my favorite Team Rocket Pokemon are their Alola Pokemon and Wobbuffet, obviously. I like that Mimikyu only cares whenever Pikachu is involved, I like that Marenie is a more painful version of Ash's Bayleef, and Wobbuffet is Wobbuffet. My least favorite Team Rocket Pokemon are their Unova Pokemon because there is nothing noteworthy about them at all. If they had any personality whatsoever, please correct me, but to me they're even worse than the Gacha Pokemon.
The second round of Unova Pokémon (Frillish & Amoonguss) had basically no personality. Pretty much the same for Woobat. Yamask, however, at least had a little personality, even if it was just a watered down version of James's other Pokémon

So wait. This list is more of a ranking of how iconic the Pokémon are rather than their strength. Because a lot of these Pokémon should be higher (ie Lickitung,Mimikyu) and lower (eg Seviper and Mime Jr). Meanwhile for wobbuffet you never even mentioned the fact that it stood up against an Articuno
Much as I like Wobbufet, I hate that Lickitung had to be traded. They could have had Jessie just capture it by happenstance... Both. Both in the Trio team is good.
Yep, it's Ash & Pikachu, Jessie, James, and Meowth, and then Wobbuffet. And then a huge dropoff for the character that's been in the most episodes haha, Brock would be next and Wobbuffet is close to doubling the amount of episodes that he was in
Oh good, I have been meaning to make a team solely off of Team Rocket. To be honest, I was hoping they would have their own spin-off back then because they are the most misunderstood team and always get dumped on by Ash and the gang.
I'd like it if Jessie and James just became legitimate Pokemon trainers for this season. The Team Rocket schtick is getting old. Either they should become a genuine threat, like they did in Unova, or they should go and do their own thing, like they did during Sun and Moon and Diamond and Pearl. They're great characters, but at this point, the Team Rocket membership is a conflict of interest. They could earn more of the audience's respect by becoming legitimate trainers, imo.
Does Wobbufett count as a Pokémon for team rocket? Because meowth doesn’t count sooo.. Ohh yeah in Hoopa the clash of ages wobbufett actually defended its self and team rocket for groudon!
My favorite team rocket Pokémon has to be Mimiku and Marienie. Sun and Moon is my 2nd favorite series, and I just loved their personalities in it. My favorite region is alola, and they are alolan pokemon, so that helps lol
3 points. 1. It bugs the hell out of me that the games set up that you can carry 6 pokémon, yet the anime continuously make characters release their pokémon when they only have 1,2 or 3. Why would anyone release their pokemon 2. Its not nostalgia but Arbok, Weezing and Victreebel are the kings for their squad. Not just cos they were the OGs And 3. Wobuffet f*cking sucks and overstayed his welcome way too many times
For 1., the main reason that trainers release Pokémon is that they feel like either the Pokémon would be happier in the wild(When Ash almost released Pikachu, Bye Bye Butterfree, and Jessie’s Dustox) while other times trainers just release Pokémon because the trainer doesn’t want to deal with their perceived weakness(Ash’s Charmander and Paul as a character).
Not to hate on your ranking but it feels very wrong to me, especially due to your reasonings. Everybody likes Arbok and Weezing due to nostalgia and they weren't bad, but aside from that one episode when they refused to be evil as Ekans and Koffing and the episode they got released, I literally don't remember any other character moments. So I would put them near the end of the list. The same goes for Seviper, don't remember anything aside the episode he was caught in. Wobbuffet is an obvious no. 1, the guy is too iconic and hilarious. Or at least everybody should have him in TOP 3. But to me pokemon like Mimikyu and Mareanie should be way higher.
My personal favourite Project Zorgo Pokemon is James weezing and Jessie arbok and I am starting a what if called what if Jessie and James got there arbok and weezing back I am still writing because I am on chapter 1 because I just started
Actually Magicarp got released just a Second before it evolved, therefore he never actually got a Gyarados. Some of this one of Pokemon where actually quiet cool. Immagine Jessy whit a Cloyster. Its quiet a shame they couldnt keep them. Its actually a shame the Magicarp Salesman was a fun recuring Charakter, whit a nice Gimmick. They just trashed the Concept and removed him for no Reason. Pokemon sould have keept more recuring Charakters. Also Jessy sould have caught a Gen 5 Steel Ant, and James sould have captured the green Gen 3 Slug, and Gen 5 Cactus. Sorry I am no native english Speaker, I cant remember every foreign Pokemon Name. You actually forgott some of the rental Pokemon they had in one Episode, like Agron, and Charizard in the return to Pewter City Episode, who where propperly owned by them for one Episode.
im so tired of evil teams. like who cares about team flare magma aqua plasma galagic and skull when we have jessie james meowth and wobbufett. the only issue i have with them is that their arent alowed to have 4 or 3 pokemon since unova. same as ash suddenly is alowed to have only 5.

Maybe you can handle the Porygon episode but some people can't handle it because of the red and white flashes that can trigger seizures to some children.

For sure, the dynamic between James and his Pokémon is always sure pure. Jessie only really has that with Wobbuffet (sometimes) and Dustox

I really hope that jessie and James catches more pokemon or have a chance to use some of their old team members from the gotcha thing but than it be hard for them to give back to team rocket because Jessie and James really don't like their pokemon being with team rocket

That would kind of defeat the purpose of them releasing them at the end of SM in my opinion. They wanted Mimikyu and Mareanie to stay with Bewear and Stufful, so idk why they would take them back now. Visiting would be cool though!

jessie and ajmes actually caught chewtle and morpeko in galar, they just never used them
one of the pokemon who has almost defeated ash was mimikyu , if pikachu hadn't learned electroweb in exact time and also gets his exclusive z move , it was sure that ash was going to loose team rocket , also it has its exclusive z move and mareine was also so stronge actually , it was also the first pokemon to defeat ash team (pikachu and rowlet)as along with mimikyu giving them their first victory against ash and the fact that it was able to break wobbaffet's mirror coat was so amaging ( in movie 18 , even giratina's shadow ball was not enough to break its mirror coat)
I Wish James kept Growlie with him when he joined Team Rocket it could've been great seeing Growlie travel with all the other regions with james except Unova because of Giovanni's orders of not wanting Jessie and James to have non Unova Pokemon except Meowth for some reason because it would've have been nice seeing james have use a fire type pokemon against Ash and Friends and would've been sweet seeing Growlie interacted Carnivine the other pokemon james had a kid because i can picture them being friends and stuff.
Wobbufet on top fr he was actually pretty good battler in the first episode of XY series he kept deflecting pikachu’s attacks
I kinda hope Mime Jr makes a return in Journeys and gets to evolve into the Galarian variant.

tbh i think seviper deserved number 1 and james morpeko was pretty strong too, almost 1 shotting ashs pikachu and gohs cinderace with 1 move
First, thank god you skipped over the lights in EP038. I get terrified whenever I see them. Second, my favorite Team Rocket Pokemon are their Alola Pokemon and Wobbuffet, obviously. I like that Mimikyu only cares whenever Pikachu is involved, I like that Marenie is a more painful version of Ash's Bayleef, and Wobbuffet is Wobbuffet. My least favorite Team Rocket Pokemon are their Unova Pokemon because there is nothing noteworthy about them at all. If they had any personality whatsoever, please correct me, but to me they're even worse than the Gacha Pokemon.
The second round of Unova Pokémon (Frillish & Amoonguss) had basically no personality. Pretty much the same for Woobat. Yamask, however, at least had a little personality, even if it was just a watered down version of James's other Pokémon

Yep, it's Ash & Pikachu, Jessie, James, and Meowth, and then Wobbuffet. And then a huge dropoff for the character that's been in the most episodes haha, Brock would be next and Wobbuffet is close to doubling the amount of episodes that he was in

I'd like it if Jessie and James just became legitimate Pokemon trainers for this season. The Team Rocket schtick is getting old. Either they should become a genuine threat, like they did in Unova, or they should go and do their own thing, like they did during Sun and Moon and Diamond and Pearl. They're great characters, but at this point, the Team Rocket membership is a conflict of interest. They could earn more of the audience's respect by becoming legitimate trainers, imo.

My favorite team rocket Pokémon has to be Mimiku and Marienie. Sun and Moon is my 2nd favorite series, and I just loved their personalities in it. My favorite region is alola, and they are alolan pokemon, so that helps lol
3 points.
1. It bugs the hell out of me that the games set up that you can carry 6 pokémon, yet the anime continuously make characters release their pokémon when they only have 1,2 or 3. Why would anyone release their pokemon
2. Its not nostalgia but Arbok, Weezing and Victreebel are the kings for their squad. Not just cos they were the OGs
And 3. Wobuffet f*cking sucks and overstayed his welcome way too many times
For 1., the main reason that trainers release Pokémon is that they feel like either the Pokémon would be happier in the wild(When Ash almost released Pikachu, Bye Bye Butterfree, and Jessie’s Dustox) while other times trainers just release Pokémon because the trainer doesn’t want to deal with their perceived weakness(Ash’s Charmander and Paul as a character).

Not to hate on your ranking but it feels very wrong to me, especially due to your reasonings. Everybody likes Arbok and Weezing due to nostalgia and they weren't bad, but aside from that one episode when they refused to be evil as Ekans and Koffing and the episode they got released, I literally don't remember any other character moments. So I would put them near the end of the list. The same goes for Seviper, don't remember anything aside the episode he was caught in.
Wobbuffet is an obvious no. 1, the guy is too iconic and hilarious. Or at least everybody should have him in TOP 3.
But to me pokemon like Mimikyu and Mareanie should be way higher.
My personal favourite Project Zorgo Pokemon is James weezing and Jessie arbok and I am starting a what if called what if Jessie and James got there arbok and weezing back I am still writing because I am on chapter 1 because I just started

Actually Magicarp got released just a Second before it evolved, therefore he never actually got a Gyarados. Some of this one of Pokemon where actually quiet cool.

You actually forgott some of the rental Pokemon they had in one Episode, like Agron, and Charizard in the return to Pewter City Episode, who where propperly owned by them for one Episode.
