I was thinking of a crossover story where both Ash, Liko, and Jimmy from Pokémon Legends will have an exciting final battle against Team Rocket and many other past and current villains. Then we get Ash to reveal his romantic feelings for Serena.
Actually it might be likely Ash having a harem like in Ancient China and Japan because of all of the other female characters that Pokemon fans put Ash having romantic relationships with.
I would love to see Brock Misty Dawn May Max and Serena return too just to keep GYMs Contests and Showcases alive in the anime, I would love to see Liko and Roy taking the path to become Pokémon Masters after Roy catches Raiquaza 😅

We all want Ash Ketchum to meet the Rising Volt Tacklers and new protagonists one day but what I really want to see when they meet is for Liko Roy and Dot to be amazed by Ash's incredible strength and then ask to become his students that would really feel like passing the torch to the next generation.

I think Ash is in the same universe more for real life reasons. The Ash era of the pokemon anime is almost 30 years old over a 1000 episode multiple movies and spin-offs. you can't just throw that away. They're probably waiting to make a Crossover until the Liko era is old enough to have its own Legacy especially because Horizon is much more story focused

Plus the real world is a big place, they could apply that to the pokemon universe aswell

Okay, this comment is for all of those people who are complaining about Liko being the new protagonist instead of Ash continuing the role in Pokemon. Yes, we all know Ash and we all love Ash, but you've all already had Ash for over 20 years. Ash's story arc is finally finished, so please just let him move on, enjoy his happy ending, and have a chance to finally age, and let Liko have a turn with the main spotlight. Besides, there's always a chance that Ash might get a cameo or even a companion role with Liko later in the series or in any future Pokemon movies.

I wish Ash Ketchum will ever come back in Pokémon Horizons The Series! You know why? Because he left the Pokémon anime & we all miss him so much. Well, That Ash was leaving the Pokémon Series, That was one of the biggest news & saddest moments of my full life! I said to Ash that this is not over yet, Because he & me will meet on the battlefield again. As a result, After I heard that Ash was leaving the Pokémon anime, I cried so hard for the PokéMaster & that broke my place in my heart. One possibility that your not considering is that horizon might be running at the same time as journey so Ash won't be champion yet

I think if they decide to bring Ash back, they'll probably bring him into the show for short period(s) of time during the anime, and it wouldn't be as the protagonist. Could probably be a sort of motivation or experience for the characters, and leave later on having given them something

Pot twist the 3 main characters in horizontals are the original trio in an alternate timeline
I could see Ash come back to the anime a little older (maybe at least 18 years old) and could see the trio meet up with him after watching Ash defend either his Alolan champion title or Masters Eight title and study with him for at least five to seven episodes.

Plot twist captain Pikachu was ash's Pikachu but he got sick so he released Pikachu bcuz they couldn't take care of him anymore and then Pikachu met friede and so on 😊

Terapagos with the ability to warp space time brings interesting possibilities. They could very easily tie Ash in somehow with the Paradox Pokemon during the climax of Paldea, or even just pull a Yugi vs. Jaden at the end of GX.
As many time related Pokemon that we have and even Pokemon dealing with different dimensions could also play a factor with them meeting. Would be nice to see Ash just popping up with a Celebi or something. But do hope they meet anyways

there is a episode where there are liko/roy and dot's lookalikes in that episodes i just kind of assumes ash's doesn't exist in that universe because there is a similar episode of ash meeting a different universe of himself but liko/roy and dot meet similar once from the same universe so assuming that it has some sort of hidden meaning it would mean that they are in a universe where ash doesn't exist and would also mean that its impossible for them to meet unless terapagos doesn't something to the dimensions, but thats just what i think and understood.

Yes, It could be possible that Ash and Liko belongs from different timeline or universe because, during Ash's journey we never get to heard about indigo academy where Liko is now studying which actually locate in viridian city. Even in pokemon journeys series it is only mention that new gym was going to open in viridian but they didn't mentioned about any new academy. May be it could be possible that this academy was opened after Ash became master champion or it could be possible that this academy only exist in alternate universe where Liko's story is now showing. I really don't understand why nobody knows about famous world champion. Even Ash interacts with many people during his journey but we can't get to see any one of them. It is really difficult to know about pokemon timeline because of so much mess.

Honestly maybe it because of the amount of fanfics I've read with this plot but my headcannon is Ash is still out there adventuring maybe even challenging the Paldea league but the reason why he isn't mentioned is because people don't know where he is because he tries to stay on the down low even wearing disguises so he can travel around without being swarmed by people/the media considering he world Monarch it would make sense for people to be super interested in what he doing.

Liko: (gets up) Ow! (turns to Ash) Oh, I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention. I was... (Then, in confusion...) Huh?
Ash: That's alright. It's not your fault.
Roy: (to Ash) Wow! I've never seen you around before.
Dot: Who is that boy, and why does he have a Pikachu like Friede.
Liko: (to Ash) Woah! Who are you?
Ash: I'm Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town, and this is my partner, Pikachu.
Liko: Oh. Hi, Ash. My name's Liko. I live in the Paldea. Oh, and your Pikachu is so cute!
Pikachu: (filled with joy) Pikachu!
Ash: Thanks! You know... I wanna reach my goal of being Pokémon master and to do that, I wanna befriend all kinds of Pokémon in the world.
Liko: (gasp) Me, too! That's the kind of Pokémon trainer I wanna be.
Roy: (to Ash) Hey. Are you off to the Paldea League, too?
Ash: Yep. Besides, I'm a world champion.
(Then, Liko, Roy, and Dot gasp by suprise)
Roy: (ecstatic) NOW WAY!!!!
Dot: (to Ash; nervously) Hey... I'm Dot, and--
Ash: (giving Dot a handshake) Hi, Dot. Nice to officially meet.
Roy: (runs off) Come on, Ash! Let's go! The Paldea League awaits.
Ash: (to Roy) Okay!
Liko: Right back at ya, Roy!
Dot: (gasps) Hey! You guys! Wait for me!

This actually would be a perfect scenario for them to meet, tho some things I would change is having it take place during the events of S/V with them at first heading to challenge gym leaders, while searching for rayquaza, running into Ash, him tagging along and eventually they meet Nemona, then meet Penny to start with the Team Star Storyline, and soon enough meeting Arven starting the Titan storyline

If it was a different timeline they wouldn’t have said that
It would be so awesome to see Ash to return in Horizons Series and it may be the final chapter for him and his Pikachu too, but that doesn't mean they are gone forever.
So they would bring Ash back maybe as support character in this Horizons Series and when he does, he would like visit to Paldea and do Terastal Training too, so Ash will get his own Terastal too.
And Liko, Roy & Dot will meet him too and perhaps like learn things from Ash like... Finding your own goals and perhaps learn the word... "Never give up until it's over", especially that Ash would have Liko & Friends including Rising Volt Tacklers to stop Explorers including Gibeon.
And speak of Rising Volt Tacklers, Ash's Pikachu & Friede's Captain Pikachu would become Friends and Rivals too and perhaps Pikachu could learn something from Cap like how to fly like he did before when Friede first met and saw, cause that would be cool, if it happened.
So Ash should come back one day, when the time comes.

If they do end up bring ash back, I hope they make him a side character like how Ash's friends were, and I hope one of the pokemon he brings back is both his Charizard and his Dusk Lycanroc, it'd make sense since those 2 were the MvPs for most of his journey, plus the interactions with murdock's rockruff and ash's lycanroc, plus have Goh be with him since Goh's journey isn't over yet, he still has yet to actually catch mew

I know this isn’t about the video but I have a theory that Roy is related to goh bc if you look closely you can see how they look really similar they even have the same reddish piece of hair I think goh is Roy’s grandfather or smth but I am almost 100% their related
May main Idea is I want ASH to be properly recognize as a champion level trainer finally let him be a young adult and just retcon that he was 14 when the masters 8 happened and maybe he is now 18 and well pokemon league has change alot since he was young maybe he help maintain order now as a champion or even establish a new pokemon league and he will be the first champion
