Homemade Rice Noodles : Easy Pan Cooking Technique + Stir-Fried Beef Rice Noodles Recipe

- In this recipe I show you how to simply make rice noodles in a pan. With this technique, they are easy and quick to prepare. Then I will show you how to stir-fry them with beef in the Chinese way.
👩🍳 Ingredients for 4 people:
Rice Noodles:
1 cup + ½ cup rice flour
½ cup potato starch
3 tbsp tapioca starch
½ tsp salt
3 cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Marinade:
½ lb tenderloin beef
A pinch of salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp tapioca starch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 spring onions
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
5 oz bean sprouts
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
