He said ‘Put it up on the TV!’ This seems trite, but congratulations, you superceded Wimbledon! I made this noodle dish for dinner. Found the right noodles at our local Eaststuff Grocery (yes, that’s the name). I made the recipe as written. It was fantastic!! It tasted very gourmet. I would serve this to guests with absolute confidence. Thankyou!

Lay Ho Ma Will! Love your videos man. I don't know if you already have such video, but think a video going over the staples of Asian cooking within a plant-based/vegan kitchen, like what spices, sauces, pastes etc, are worth keeping in the cupboard/fridge, would be amazing.
I usually soak the rice noodles first in cold water, the thicker the longer. Then cook it in boiling water for 5 minutes, every size of noodles. Works every time.

I am not even much of a pasta person. I could take or leave it. This video autoplayed, and I came home zooming to spaghetti noodles I forgot about. Miso broth, mushrooms, tofu, coconut oil, and a gang of your listed seasoning later, I did my best to copy this without a trip to the grocery store. Loved it so much I am making it again this week for sure.
