Another quick tip, you can just put one chunk of charcoal and it does the same. It absorbs odours. I have it everywhere, in my car, in my fridge, in my shoe clothings cupboard and store room. Try it!

Get a bottle of Diaper Dust! We are a pre-made activated charcoal mixture! ❤️

Why not just scoop in a quarter cup of baking soda when you change diaper pail bags?

This is a great tip! May I suggest just sprinkling Diaper Dust inside the bag? ❤️ the activated charcoal eliminates odor much much better and for longer!

Is there ever a point where you need to clean out the baking soda at the bottom of the diaper pail?

Why not just use a muffin pan and paper liners? Then after they dry, just leave them in the paper liners and store in an air tight container?

If my homemade tablets don't work I just sprinkle the crumbs about works just great and I made some for cleaning and just sprinkle the mixture in the sink to get rid of sink smell

Such a great idea, Serena!! I did something similar with my crumbly ones - just as good at sucking up the smells

Now that she's older & her diapers are a lot stinkier, I do it once a week or every other week!

Did you do this because you found the Ubbi didn't trap the smell?

What was the point of putting them in the fridge? It is not like making fudge, they don't need to be chilled.

      So that they harden quicker.

This was nonsense… sorry to break your heart but no real working person would put the mix of baking soda and water into ice cube molds. Come on.. do you really have so much time that you get bored? Just put baking soda in a small plate and enjoy
