Next phase of the journey is in full force! Continue to prove out our production capabilities, while enhancing the diversified Sales/Marketing approach - geared up for MASSIVE GROWTH!! Let's make the goal - Commit to stay in the next building longer than 18 months...I mean...or not. Great work!

I'm always interested and somewhat envious of people who are successful in business. I've been trying for 20 years, when people (close friends and family) told me, you'll never make it doing that. Sales are up over 100% from this time last year and it's finally profitable.
At any rate, I went ahead and placed a hat order with you several weeks back!

First of all thanks for being a customer! Even cooler to know you’re also watching my content.
Congrats on doubling business! Keep doing what you are doing and you should be able to continue that upward trajectory. Most importantly don’t be afraid to delegate and bring in good help!

Hey robert, I'm in the embroidery game in the UK 🇬🇧. Really interested to hear how you document your processes and internal systems. It's one of the biggest issues we're facing. On boarding new embroidery staff is a hastle. 👍

Welcome! Our process is pretty much the documentation. Every part is segmented and has someone or a group of people assigned to just that part of the process.
Training a new machine operator is as simple as having them shadow a current operator for a week and get familiar with our order management system.
Our work space is streamlined so the experience is the same at each machine as well.

@@thelaunchdude thanks for the reply. I appreciate your time. I'm having one of my operators produce short loom videos this week of really small broken down tasks. We will create qr code links to them and will be testing out the training on admin staff with zero knowledge of the machines.

Work late nights and work hard.

Do you sell your software that you use for full automation of hatlaunch

    • @thelaunchdude

I do not. But I won’t rule out creating a platform to offer other people in the industry to run their shops with. But I’d need to feel like mine is 100% bulletproof before stepping away to focus on that.

Well, you are betting on the American consumer economy which is not a good bet right currently or for the next decade.

    • @thelaunchdude
      @thelaunchdude  ปีที่แล้ว

I’ll take the bet of building a business in todays consumer economy vs doing nothing for the next decade.
I’ve built 2 legs of my business employing over 40 people all of which earn a livable wage and no one that works for me makes anywhere close to minimum wage.
Creating a business that actually values its employees and pays them well and offers amazing products to consumers is a very good bet to make.
People have speculated the end of the American consumer economy since the dawn of capitalism.
Stay scared or make moves to better your life, consumer’s lives and lives of those around you.
