What a great video! I was talking with another friend just the other night. He runs a successful business and he was letting me know about the amount of pressure and anxiety he feels with having employees, dealing with suppliers and deadlines, not having enough time to do things, feeling the need to constantly do things himself. Many of the items you spoke of. All we see from the outside is the friend who is running a successful business, not knowing the pressures that are building up. I feel for you both and I hope you are able to obtain and maintain that work/life balance! I had commented today on a FB post you made quite a few months back on the Embroidery Nerds page where I saw your name and had to do a double take. Also - I play bass and spent a number of years playing jazz with a group - great times. It is hard when you feel it is time to leave the group.

I got my first run of hats for my business. I am waiting on getting some more funds in for advertising and will be placing a larger order. Everyone I meet loves them and wants one. Your crew helped redesign and alter my logo so it came out looking perfect and steals peoples attention as I walk by.

love it!I started my side business about 7 years ago and this would be my dream to get it to this point or even a quarter ill say.sadly my business has started to fall off .I dont advertise or social media at all other than my selling site of Ebay..Im getting old and do alot with just life and doing the 10-3am gig isnt for me unfortunately anymore.good stuff though.shows that it can be done and how a person gets there.i started out of my garage and then we built a house with my own shop so my business has afforded me much over the last 7 years and will continue,just not on this scale ill say,lol..im kinda fine with that though.like you with the car.....i walk out to my shop to work in it and sometimes i step back and take a look at what my hard work has gotten me and it feels surreal..i own equipment and a shop that was only a dream of mine starting 25 years ago!
