Wow. We are just about to touch 10 million, and I find this shockingly accurate. As we reach that point, we are starting to “professionalize”. And that seems to be our ONLY path toward greater revenue. Unbelievable how accurate this seems to be so far.
Thanks for sharing and verifying for us that only have our trust in Alex to go on. Software dev student here trying to get my BBA knowledge via channels like these
Honest comment. Your videos make me feel like its possible. Not easy, but possible. Thats really all I need. Love your content. Found your channel almost 2 weeks, and easily you've become my top favorite channel to tune in to. And also, love the way you end the video with a half way cut "bye". Makes it all the more genuine. Keep it up and keep em coming!
I was an intrapreneur. The suits kill your creative juju. I had to have former summer interns watch a 30 minute HSE (safety) video just to come to the office to do a 1 hour focus group. That was negotiated down from a 6 hour video training series. Most of my time was spent liaising with Risk, Brand, Legal, HSA to try to get every small part of my venture done. Suits are linear thinkers. They can’t envision the future. They don’t understand how important experimentation is in the beginning. They think because they can’t see the path to 10x that it’s not possible. As a result they kill projects too early and tell you you’re not thinking big enough. They don’t understand that experimentation is the ONLY way to get there. Another company where I was an intrapreneur. I got 72K users within 4 months of releasing the product, a pilot expansion to 100 animal hospitals, plus a dozen potential license deals, and a freakin API play. They stopped everything due to a reorg that resulted in me getting laid off 😵💫 I’m back to being an entrepreneur. It’s not my preference, but I’m done with suits.
I have been reading books about $100M Dollar Offers and E-Myth Revisited and both books have a lot in common. In this video it supported Gerber's thoughts of why systems in business is very important both of you are my great mentors without even meeting you guys. I'm currently 22 years old and I know I'm too early to start with this journey and it's really a boring, lonely road but I like it. Wish me luck with my journey peace out. 🤟
the fact that you provide all this value for free on youtube is inane Alex. I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and i always recommend your channel to people who are interested in business. You are so successful, humble, and your personality speaks volumes. All my life i felt like an outcast and seeing the way you carry yourself has had a big impact on me. You’re the main entrepreneur i look up to and a lot of that has to do with how similar we are. I jus want to say I cannot thank you enough for how successful my life will become. I’m 17 years old, i’ve been learning about entrepreneurship since i was 15ish, but just now starting my entrepreneurial journey. With everything i’m doing in my personal life on top of the insane amount of value you teach for free on youtube, i have so much conviction that my riches will catch up to my wealth in my early 20s.
Read your book $100 offer now I'm binging on your channel. Trying to grow my outsourcing company from $1m to $10m. Love finding mentors who's done it and so down to earth. :-)
Bottom line... small or big business over 100 mill is... every business needs to go from A to B to get to the next level. All businesses need the stepping stones to get to the other side of the river. So, no shortcuts and no free money rainstorms.
In the agile methodology for IT there's a role named product owner / product manager. That would probably be a good role to fill in with an intrapreneur!
I am literally doing the supplement company and clothing brand thing as we speak! Have a huge name, great products etc. but kinda went backwards on a number of things as I have taken over to do a hard Re-launch. I would give most anything for a phone call with you

I feel guilty seeing these in the middle of the day. But when I come back at night and watch these, I know I am fine tuning my machine in the Hormozi Master Class.
How does this apply to retail? We’ve been in business for a very long time. Family owned. My family never thought about growth but I am now the owner and I wonder how I can apply this to my flooring business?
00:03 The growth of a business is divided into four stages: 0-1 million, 1-10 million, 10-30 million, and 30-200 million+. 01:44 Growing from 1 to 10 million involves cross-sells and upsells. 03:23 Scaling the business by increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) 04:49 Professionalizing the business and strengthening operational infrastructure 06:27 Drive business growth by empowering intrapreneurs 08:09 Don't hire entrepreneurs, hire intrapreneurs 09:56 The business has a core operational infrastructure and profit centers. 11:48 Providing sales training and drilling services for businesses to enhance their sales team. 13:15 Operational know-how is crucial to manage multiple product lines and businesses. 14:52 Scale your business with multiple products and services
How much risk you are willing to take in the financial market is the key to building a portfolio that will meet your needs, but you can’t just assess this once.
Many of us would love to manage our own investments, but it can be overwhelming to know where to begin. Do we use stocks, bonds, futures, commodities, or real estate? Should we go long, buy on margin, short a stock, or put everything into crypto?
Seems a lot of businesses are just selling you on how to sell. I really hate this model. I would rather sell a service or something. Selling a product is tough and hard..but a service, how do you sell a service that'd scaleable online?
Yeeeeaaah. Not me AT ALLLLLLLLL. 😆🤣🤣🤣 Cept for the drama thing. It's usually female clients that become angry that I ignore the flirtation...I can't blame them for that. I'm a pro and can't afford female drama rn lol
How do you calculate LTV as a manufacturer that doesn't have specific priced widgets / service contracts with fixed pricing? I own a sign company and trying to wrap my head around calculating this to move to the next tier and scale! Thank you.
I've followed dozens of hours of hermozi, both Alex and Leila. I need help defining what one product is. For instance, when Alex is running gym and he is providing coaching, That is putting together a workout routine providing accountability and diet and nutrition guides, Selling a membership to that program and supplements. What is the one product? Through the one channel? And who was the Avatar? I understand that is the framework to be used. I have yet to see where he applies that framework and provides a detailed example, preferably using an old business of his. I am looking for a framework to determine what one product is, what are the qualifiers and what is likely pushing the bounds.
Different channels but can easily be intertwined to create an effective outreach strategy, I would say pick 1 primary one to focus on and put the effort into getting proficient with that

The biggest mistake I made was transitioning to a 2nd product when my first hit an obstacle to scaling
Thank you Alex
Lol what are you doing here???
Alex, you nailed it on $10 to $30 on my own mental blocks of growth.. same reasons to a Tee.
One Channel, One Product And One Funnel!
Absolutely spot on, went through all stages in different setups.
Good stuff beb. Richard Branson is notorious for finding incredible peeps that run as CEOs too!
It’s crazy how these videos are free 🤯
I just created a playlist called Gold, and this is the first video that went into that. Will definitely revisit this multiple times.

your principles seem to be on point with Ready, Fire, Aim as well…
Product creation mindset!!!
Truly excellent break down. It's so clear to me. I'm in that second tier of business trying to scale.

Trading is not gambling. As a newbie, consider working with a an ex pert. i work with Tamara Diane Hagan. Best decision i ever made. Look her up.
Good recommendation. I worked with Tamara Diane Hagan as a beginner. shes reliable.

Your way to explain helps a lot.
Let's go for that 1M subs.
Pure gold, thanks Alex

Fantastic business advice
Love your content man. Keep it up!

Easy….this 15 min video could be a collage 6 credit course🤯
Great video! Concise and full of content.
Is this about revenue or profit?
Are you allowed to share what multiple gym launch sold for? Asking as someone looking to launch a service based business with an exit in mind
Love your videos man! When is the 0 to $50,000/yr video coming lol
That’s the easy part. Just go outside and choose literally any good or service that people are willing to exchange money for and start fulfilling it.
I’d be interested in hearing how to make this work… with partners.
How do you calculate LTV as a manufacturer that doesn't have specific priced widgets / service contracts with fixed pricing? I own a sign company and trying to wrap my head around calculating this to move to the next tier and scale! Thank you.
the number of customers (no purchases) divided by revenue = LTV
This was fantastic I appreciate all the content
Seriously high value from Hormozi !
do you still think the same way, since you now cracked the code for the 4th level?
More great advice!
I feel like am Wharton!

I understand that is the framework to be used. I have yet to see where he applies that framework and provides a detailed example, preferably using an old business of his.
I am looking for a framework to determine what one product is, what are the qualifiers and what is likely pushing the bounds.
Have you read his 100m offers book bro? It answers this with frameworks and etc in there, it’s cheap only 99 cents or you can find it free online
How many times have you done this yourself, Alex?
Gold content
How do you feel about series LLCs?

Can anyone recommend me similar channels on this topic, growth stages, business scaling, structure?
I'd be impressed for the first time on 10 years if you can pull that off in 3 years without selling drugs or exotic cars lol
Lol I definitely need people that are battery-included 😅
Intrapreneurs, nice. Learned something new today.
So any tips on getting going from 0? 😅

Hey guys would cold email and cold calls be considered one channel or different channels? Also can someone list the different channels out there?
Different channels but can easily be intertwined to create an effective outreach strategy, I would say pick 1 primary one to focus on and put the effort into getting proficient with that
1:20 system to acquire customers
So basically he's saying to hire more women?
Interesting…never hire entrepreneurs
Hahah this has to happen or otherwise everyone goes to jail 😂
Hey I know you .. lol
Crazy Dave.
Alex is God.
Hey Alex, with due respect Leela Hormozi have better video than this
