I have been carrying a fold up fan with me for years. I have them in every purse and all around the house so that I can flap away until I am cooled down! They work a treat.

I don't have an air fryer. Not enough battery power in my wee camping van. But I have learned how to use my twin gas top and a cast iron camp oven(think a deep pan and less deep skillet as lid) to make a pizza. Heat both parts of the oven. Pop a triffit into the deep pan. (You need to have whatever you are baking off the base of the pan or it will burn. Then the pizza. Pop the heated top on. Cook on low. Sometimes I've reheated the top part again part way through. Sometimes I put the pizza under the grill for a couple of minutes once it's cooked through. But the grill on my stove top is a bit useless. I can also bake cakes this way, though it takes a while.

St Agnes one of them favourite places of mine even with that big slope down to the beach which makes me puff and pant going back up. I never did take anything for the hot sweats they are annoying when your in bed asleep and one wakes you up. Men do get the long straw on body elements but they do have man flu so we can't grumble 😊

I found that going on my treadmill got me through the menopause Mandy or fast marching for half an hour a day as I was unable to go on the HRT.just a suggestion, it helped me 😀

Omg Mandy, you mentioned the breathing thing, I still do that and I’m clear 12 yrs now..I’m not sure if it’s a stress thing, but it came after the chemo..❤
Ah really..? I had nothing after chemo but this came up after sepsis but right now it feels like it could be anything
@@unadventurousmandy it’s a strange thing, totally out of my control, It’s like a rapid breath in, with about 2-3 ‘jerks’ or gasps..over in a flash, but always takes me by surprise 😀
That sounds exactly the same as I have, it’s so strange and happens any time - 12 years is a long time but it’s great you’re still clear ❤️🙌🏻

Just ask docs before taking any herbal supplements they can affect you normal meds as I found out 🤦♂️
Ah I don’t really have any regular prescribed meds apart from reflux ones and that’s an easy google. I have bought some sage tablets and took my first last night 🤞🏻

Take each day as it comes & just listen to your body & go with what it will allow … it’s not a race so don’t push yourself too hard, you have been through so much but I think 🤔 your brain is ahead of your body at the moment… slow down girl ☺️
The hot flushes will pass eventually, I still have the occasional one not as bad as before, absolutely love Cornwall my Dad is from Cornwall , his family goes back several generations it's a beautiful place. Anyway keep on smiling and recovering.😅

Great to see you all out enjoying yourselves. I feel your pain with the night sweats and flushes. I suffered (and so did my husband) for years. I'm now on HRT. The best thing EVER. Hope you find something that works for you.

Thank you so much for making the video. You sure do like to push things petal, yeh yeh I know, you know your own body, and how far you can go 😉. I tried everything for my hot flushes and in the end the thing that helped the most was wet face clothes. I always had two on the go and if it got really bad I would wet a tea towel and wring it out (obviously) and put it round my neck. I believe you can get fans to drape around your neck from Amazon, they might be worth a try. Have a slow down and restful week petal
I took Wild Yam Root for terrible night sweats as I didn't want to take hrt and it worked a treat.x❤
