    There are reasons why their hair grows so long, no heat, no stress, no chemicals and they pretty much just let their hair stay braided up and left alone.

    Awesome video. I actually did the traditional way to apply chebe. I'm upset because I did not photograph my hair. But Honey Girl. My hair changed IMMEDIATELY. I took my hair down in 3 days instead of 5 at first. To do a moisture retention check. Oh my goodness, wow. My hair was so moisturized, shiny and moist. I rinsed and reapplied. Left in for 5 days. Hair covered by scarf. Then I noticed hair growth n fullness. Oh my stars yes. Only drawback is I am the 1 person who has scalp itching or allergy. So I modified the routine. No Chebe seeds on the hair. Just Chebe oil infusion mix with Shea butter. But still put my hair up. I achieved more volume and great moisture retention but the itching continued. I make my mixes and oils and give them to my children. They dont have allergies to it. Their hair looks like WEAVE. Amazing. I now use Fenugreek oil and butter in my hair. My hair loves it. It's so soft. I began my journey in April 2018 my hair has grown from my nape of my neck to my shoulder blades. My scalp is no longer severely irritated. I do rice water rinses and my own black soap shampoo. I'm happy I found CURLY PROVERBS ladies. My hair and my family's hair is glad as well. I have to try Henna and Black Tea spritz. To help with my my silver hair. I'm only 50. My hair is beautiful but it makes me look older. Thanks for letting me share. Hope I have helped anyone by sharing. And Thank You Curly P❤❤❤

    I've been using chebe the traditional way since June. I got my chebe from Africa and the tallow pomade from chebe usa. I love it. My scalp is damaged from wearing weaves tightly and this has worked the fastest to thicken the bald spots. It really stimulates my scalp each time I apply. I started doing it every 3 days, but now I do it every 5 days. I throw on a wig when I go out. I repeat for 2 months before washing it out. My hair was 2 inches long in its shortest spot and now it's about 6 strong, barely shedding inches, maybe longer in spots. My hair does grow fast but used to always break off unless I wore extensions and didn't work my hair much. I'm almost 70 yrs. old and my hair is growing in instead of falling out (lol). I'm going to incorporate the onion juice and rice water into my routine this winter. I just love your hair! It is so thick (envy going on over here in Pennsylvania)!

You don't have to show the traditional method for me, because I wouldn't use it that way personally. Erika Lee I have used Amla for about 6 years. I kept a short fro when I was traveling for work, I always got compliments about how healthy my hair looked. Amla does give my hair somewhat of a darker hue when I condition, but it doesn’t last like henna. My hair has always been dark brown, so when I use the henna my grays come out as a reddish brown. The color compliments my dark brown complexion. Now that I’m not traveling I am growing my hair out. Curly did a video of a diy oil m.th-cam.com/video/M3orEM5Njks/w-d-xo.html. The recipe has Amla, Henna and Brahmi. The oil loves my hair💕. I am wearing two strand twists now in my regrowth journey. I also pre poo my hair with the oil BEFORE I use my Ayurvedic (plant based products). This is a step I have omitted in the past and my hair suffered and broke off a lot. When I use just the Amla as a conditioner I stir a small amount of WARM, NOT HOT bottled 💦 to make a paste in a small glass bowl. I NEVER USE TAP WATER FOR MY HAIR PRODUCTS. CLD BE UNKNOWN CHEMICALS. The glass bowl seems to be a better conduit for the AMLA paste to mix thoroughly. I let my paste/water mix stand overnight, covered with plastic wrap. The next day I unwrap, stir and cover the length of my hair. Once all my strands are covered I cover my head with plastic and a plastic cap. I usually let it sit for at least two hours. Then I rinse thoroughly. I have a pulsating shower head, which helps get the Amla out of my hair quicker. I tried several TH-camrs recipes. But that was too much trauma for my hair and it would break, even with the AMLA. Find what works for YOUR HAIR and stick with that. Hope this helps.

By this time you can pump more, but its still taking most of your nutrients for your milk. Then sleep deprivation alone can be fatal EVEN if you have NO children. REM sleep which only comes after being in deep sleep for at least 2 hrs. Is the only time the body begins to heal itself. So this means without REM sleep, besides meditation. Your body isn't getting that chance to heal. We love you, and want to make sure you're okay first, and foremost. So rest well, and know we'll be right here.

Been hearing some hit and miss things from some users about the chebe about getting quality chebe and side effects when they stopped... so I'm not sure if I'll be using it in it's pure formulation. I didnt pick up the masks during belle organics sale because of finances but I I'm pretty sure I'm going to try theirs in a bit when I save up.

    I know that it works, but I wouldn't use it the original way either. Way too much mess like Henna. So I do make the infused oils, and Shea Butters with Ayurvedic Herbs. Henna being one of them, but I just don't see any reason to put Chebe in too. It already works wonders the way I've been making it.

      @@tkaishmael I use many 100% Organic Ayurvedic Herbs, and Oils. Mix them in 100% Organic Shea, or Mango Butter then whip it until it's frothy. It's good as a moisturizer, conditioner, sealer, Pre Poo, hot oil treatment etc. At the same time you can make a batch without the 🌿 herbs. To create a Body Butter for your face, and body, simply amazing.

      A for sure way to grow your hair long and healthy is knowing its porosity, growth, resting, and shedding phases and consuming an alkaline diet with exercise. Without those things no growth aid will work to enhance the health of your hair, especially if they are synthetic. If you're a so called African American; you must be extra cateful with your hair practices. Just as we should not consume the diet of our oppressors, the same goes for what we do to our hair.

    • @sable7114
      @sable7114 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I think the chibi regimen is for hair strength as opposed to promoting hair growth. When the hair is strong, it will not break hence retention of hair length. As she said, it is not to be applied to the scalp but just to the here so that's why she does not believe it promotes hair growth, just strength. So pick whatever strengthening agent you like best, henna, strengthening tea, Etc. Sorry I just could not correct the spelling of this powder she's using, when I type it incorrectly it deletes it :-).
