Actually, I disagree. The reason for green card is so foreigners can stay with their American spouse. Their marriage lasted a day. Foreigners should stay in their own country. 90 days showcase a mess in this type of law. Married quickly and come over to US. Most foreigners casts does not seems to have a skill in workforce.
