Thank you for the instructions! I'd need to mod my EPROM from '89 Corvette to make the engine run in '69 firebird. Can I remove the VATS using this software? Where could i get spare EProm chips for this?
moates.net for chips. TunerPro is free, so poke around in the free software and see if it will actually do what you want it to do. It may depend on if you can find the right mask for it. Good luck.
@@ButchNackley Yes if you have a APU1 the burner is integrated.. So its basically a Burner, Datalogger and Emulator in one unit! You got a legendary piece of hardware there, keep it safe!
i have a question for you ..i got a 1990 k5 blazer tbi and i did some up grade on my engine and put a bigger cam in it so i had some one burn my chip and now the idle is up to high when i frist start it up its fine but once i put it in gear the idle goes up to about 1000 rpm and wont go back down what i want to no is it something on the chip where you can adjust that idle ..or should i do it
First make sure base idle air speed adjustment is correct. There is a procedure for this in a service manual. If you physically cannot get it to idle slower with the proper adjustments, THEN go into the chip. Good luck.
Feel the burn!

Please let me know if this is correct about Moates products. If one has the AutoProm, the Burn 2 isn't needed, correct?
That I don't know. I do know that Moates is no more, but boostednw.com is selling the same product. Perhaps you can ask them.
@@GregWellwood I bought 4 chips from Boosted, but nothing else. I discovered Burn 2 is not needed, if you have a Moates APU1 AutoProm 1.
@@GregWellwood Thanks! We are offering more and more as quickly as feasible for us! We look forward to supporting all platforms!

@@BoostedNW Thank you for the confirmation.

I got mine from www.gearhead-efi.com/, there might be other sources.
