      Thanks for the feedback, I’ve thought of making a newer version of this video. I’ve only held back since I’m not sure if our viewers would want, effectively, two versions of the same video. I might do it in Microsoft Flight simulator so it’s the same, but different.

    Can you make a detailed video of an ILS approach?
    Sometimes it goes well, sometimes ILS sends me away instead of to the runway, the arrow on the instruments points away from the runway and I don't know why!

      Are you suggesting with this aircraft as well, the G1000 in general, or just an ILS approach. I can’t promise it’ll be a quick turn around on the video, but I’d be open to the idea -Lee

      That's usually where things go wrong, I'm just a beginner!
      I suspect I'm missing something important!
      Is it the approach route, I don't know!
      If I arrive directly to an airport with the GPS, I switch to ILS as soon as I hear the Morse code from the beacon, and then I fly until LOC appears on the instruments and press the nav button and the APR button.
      and for example I am very sure that the runway is to the right of my flight path and sometimes it sends me to the left and I don't know why!

The main purpose of this video was the flight plan entry, but we also took advantage of a few points, as they arose, to familiarize viewers of some of the G1000 features.     hello, how are you?
    what curve response setting did you use on your CH Pro Pedals for the Cirrus Vision Jet, can you please share that setting?
    I fly the Cirrus Vision Jet in X-Plane11
    it's very difficult to configure my Pro Pedals, I've tried everything, but on takeoff it goes sideways!

      I do not have pedals, so unfortunately I won’t be able to assist you on this. Sorry. Is there a way you can increase the dead zone on center perhaps, or do you only have a problem with this aircraft?

      the takeoff the plane is all out of control, I've tried countless
      settings, but it's no use, Cirrus Vision Jet is a jet, in theory
      this shouldn't happen, my CH Pro Pedals don't have bad potentiometers, I've been cleaning the
      potentiometers with isopropyl alcohol, please, if you have any configuration tips, I'd appreciate it!

      Tim has pedals on his set up, but I don’t remember which ones he has. I’ve not heard him report any problems specific to one airplane, but as I mentioned, I don’t use pedals. Since you’ve cleaned it out, I’m surprised. All I can think of is to unplug, or disable the pedals in the settings and see if the aircraft reacts differently, then re-enable and repeat. Does this happen with other aircraft? If yes, I’d suspect your pedals, if no, then maybe a clean install of the game or the affected plane.

    Does the vertical nav work on the departure?

      The aircraft does not have auto throttles, so it would capture the altitude with vs/flc/speed enabled, but would accelerate unless power was reduced.

    How to set squawk?

      At the bottom of the panel there should be XPDR or something similar. Click that then the buttons will change to the numbers, VFR, STBY etc.

      There should be a “topo” button on one of the MFD soft keys to display topography.

      There is a mode where it’s difficult to get it back. I don’t remember off the top of my head. Normally after some minor button mashing it’ll come back. I can’t remember if it’s with the Flight Plan up or not. I sometimes get lost in the Garmin’s then eventually work it out. Just keep trying and if I’m able to test it and figure it out I’ll drop a line back here.
