@@JumpRopeMom absolutely. This has to be discussed more. I've been seeing members of the community start getting injuries. For all the good jumping has done at this time of quarantine and the pandemic, i feel there's some toxicity that came with it. Aside from injuries, seeing posts from others, some jumpers seem pressured to keep up so they might be overdoing it. It's like jump rope FOMO. I hope Health and fitness is the focus rather tthan unlocking a trick to post on social, to get likes and followers.
I'm just getting started with jumping rope, and these exercises are outstanding. I found your video after doing a workout, tried it, and you are correct: my body is definitely thanking me for it! I'll 100% be incorporating this into my daily workout routine. Great explanations, excellent demonstrations, and an inviting personality help elevate this from being "just another TH-cam fitness video." Also, your shirt is awesome!
Thank you so much!!! I was up to 500 a day but got covid and now not much breath. It’s gonna take me a while to build back up. I appreciate everything you do!!
Another great video. Do you have any advice as to how to prevent soreness, especially in the calf muscles?..I would appreciate it..You’re still gorgeous as always
Def 2-3 times a week. Best would be a couple of these before and after you jump rope. I know it's not easy to squeeze it but your body would love it. ;-)
Hello, I’m new to jumping rope and noticed that my heels touch/bump when jump up. Any idea why it is happening and how to correct it so my feet stay parallel to each other during the jump? Thank you

Sounds like you may have some sort of pronation. I'd look up exercises of how to strengthen your foot and calf muscles. Hope that helps. ;)
I love this video I do these before I jump . Very important after jumping with my gratitude rope ... hahahah
haha love it Annie! Super appreciate you!! :)
